@@cfknmoney Those look to me like Acme & Co. Evolution cups for the ceramic ones, and maybe Libbey Gibraltar for the glass (though the top looks a bit more flared so not sure?). Probably about 10oz cups. Though I saw a few cups with brown glaze at the rims, also not sure what those are.

오픈 마감은 혼자해요.. 너무 빡세요..ㅠㅠ 오픈할때 그라인더 세팅은 보통 추출양과 시간 보고 맞추는데요 저는 커핑안하구 에스프레소테랑 라떼로 테이스팅 하는 편이에요 저는 보통 라떼로 맛을 보거든요..헤헤 마감청소는 마페마감 한 세시간 전부터 시작하는데 손님이 자꾸오면 주문도받고 커피도 빼고 설거지도 하고 테이블도 돌아야해서 자꾸 못해요... 그래서 칼퇴는 주말에 이제 포기했어요 불가능하다는것을 알아버렸지모얌

What is your recipe for your hot chocolate.. Looks delicious with the latte art! Or maybe you can consider do a video of how you make just hot chocolate?
Just put 1 spoons of chocolate poweder or 1 pumped chocolate syrup and mix with Espresso:)

It depends on the coffee machine mine takes longer than that too but maybe you can check the machine if you think it takes too long to get hot enough..

I can't get what's the difference between piccolo latte , small capuchino or flat white...in our country it's different than yours.
piccolo latte= just a small latte. in cappuccino there's just more froth than milk, in latte otherwise. flat white - something in between
