It seems that you have magnetized the armature along the shaft. This won't work because to generate electricity the magnetic field should be perpendicular to the coil, not in parallel direction. Also if you manage to do things in right way, the generator won't produce much power in such small unit. Non engineering folks would fall into this trap and waste their money, precious time and energy into this useless project.
Dev , could one convert armature to magnets only ?

@@gunghoadventures871 it's difficult because the armature material is not designed to retain magnetism for longer times. Since the direction of current and magnetic flux changes rapidly in armatures, it needs low hysterisis loss material. Silicon is mixed with iron to provide high resistance path for eddy currents and so it doesn't retain magnetism after cutting the supply.

بهتر بود یک خط خروجی از ژنراتور به همان موتور وصل میشد که برق آنرا تامین کند

The source of the current electric power is outside by connecting power to the small motor then moving the so called generator to make electricity so I can use the outsource electric power directly!
Fake... This is not the proper way to convert a universal motor into a generator. And even if you did that in the right way, you can't get much power out of it (unless you rewind the motor for it's maximum performance).
Pay attention to the video clip at 9:06 minutes, is there any engineering between the video clips at that minute? People who work in electronics must know what to do to channel 220 volts of electricity to a hidden socket.

Dear scientist ! Kindly explain why u always use a bunch of bulb as load & why ur bulbs glow similar in almost all videos, although u use different speed motors & coils (different size/turns/guage wires). Buddy u can make fool only non technical folks only for short time.

the iduction for the permenent magnet is wrong as the wrong polarity. And it cannot be done for the type of iron metal in the amature. for creating magnet the metal should be hard tye such as in permenet magnet. Do it and see how you all have been mislead.

Yeah. In the beginning I thought he would install strong permanent magnet in the stator. But he defeated the sole purpose by magnetizing along the shaft. It violates faradays 2nd law of electromagnetic induction.
