    Would be nice to see a similar video for all other equipment like belts and wrist wraps with 3 tiers and usages

    Just went to my first meet (helped spot, didn’t compete) but looking to compete soon just for fun. This was super helpful! I’ve never owned knee sleeves and genuinely wasn’t really sure what they were for until now. Thanks!

    Some like 300 lb guy gave me his Rehband like 6 years ago when I think he got too big for them, and I've been using them since. They're in the same condition as always, and I just put them in the washing machine with my other stuff once in a while. I don't notice them interfering with deadlifting.

    I only own one pair of knee sleeves and they are the Rehbands which I had for 5 years. A tip to have them not stinky is to wear tights and have the sleeves over them.

    I've never worn knee sleeves before I but think I need to start. Had meniscus surgery well over 10 years ago and sometimes it burns during Squats. What would you recommend to give more support, Rehband, rogue, SBD, or another brand perhaps?

      SBD definitely gives more support (really thick & tight).

    Interesting. I've watched like 30 videos on knee sleeves so far (i know, over analyzing), but you're the first one that says the SBDs give you a lot of lbs on your squat. Is this true? Every other person said you might get a few lbs if that.

      We haven't done a scientific experiment here, but we have certainly noticed a difference (n=1).

    Would you keep the sleeves on through the entirety of your workout? Also, another question would these only be useful for shorts i.e. I can't wear them over joggers?

      Totally fine to keep on the entire time (except for deadlift).
      You could wear them over or under pants as well.

    Any tips for working out with knee osteoarthritis?

      You'll kind of have to do your best, but in general you'll want to decrease stress to the knees. Some options:
      -box squats may help
      -may have to do more deadlifting, less squatting
      -may need to train the quads with something like knee extensions (IF those don't bother the knees)

      @@brianoh8192 @maxeffortliftz You're both wrong. Build a trebuchet, have someone shoot you through the air. Have the knee sleeves set up in the course of your path through the air (calculated correctly, of course) and then your knee sleeves are on.

    sorry friend, i am against that. if you come to gym, you walk 2km normal speed. slow. than you go for 3 km on bike again normal ride, you do worm up, 20 min. you are ready to go. if still knees make noises, you do less weight. why you all pepole think that using all this equipment is no nececery?? it is not. do less weight. do better warm up. coolddown. do better training.

      5km and an 20 min warmup before every training session? Look here Ghandi I don't have 4 hours to train every day so I'll make do with these knee sleeves 😂😂
