- Up for sale is this very attractive Mercedes-Benz Sedan, a 2003 E320 in a beautiful color combination, and with low miles and excellent all-around condition. The original Brilliant Silver Metallic paint is in terrific condition from front to back, and the Stone leather is like new. Amenities include rich burl trim, dual power seats with driver memory and heating, moonroof, 221HP V6, 5-speed automatic, Mercedes Comand AM/FM/CD, and more. This car is in unusually good cosmetic and mechanical condition - light years beyond most comparables.

this has been my dream car for the longest time, and a week ago i bought an 04 e280 with a 3.2 cdi, have a lot of work to do but never been happier
Give us an update, did you get it in shape?
@@cloudlight9784 yesss she's great, can always find something wrong with her (it is a 20 year old car) but all in all everyday driving is a joy and shes not let me down so far
@@kairi I've been thinking of getting one or maybe the 500 but you say it's been solid so far. Thanks 👍🏽
Bought an 05 E320 in 2016 for 5k.
Kept it until 2018. Spent about 4K on repairs over the two years.
But it was absolutely worth it!
Nothing rides like a 211 on the highway. Also, owning an older car will teach you a thing or two about cars.
I'm sorry for your luck. Used Mercedes is reliable if it was being well maintained.
Hi KR 92,
My brother has a 2003 Mercedes-Benz E320 like the one Bill reviewed. Yes, it's almost 17 years old. My brother's car has over 300,000 miles on his, and his E-class is reliable no rattles no squeaks. However, he takes excellent care of his vehicles, and he will be giving the E320 to his teenage son as his first vehicle. My nephew is lucky, and I am curious to see how long the 2003 E320 will last him if he takes care of it like my brother?
El Numerico won’t last another 30-50k miles but an easy engine swap will do really nice cars I have a e350 and e55 AmG and let me tell you I drive both e350 2013 and my e55 is 07 love the shit out of Mercedes
Good currency speaks.
I’m from malaysia, got an E240 for 25k ringgit, spent another 30k repairing it 😂😂
Oh yes, since I bought an 03 car as my first one, I learnt a lot about many things, mechanics, electricals, etc.
My dad bought this car 10 years ago and now it’s going to be my first car!! He’s getting new bumpers and a new paint job for it can’t wait
Haha Same for me
BNE twinsssss🤩
Your gonna love how benz drives also the looks i have an 1998 e320. Wit 163k miles
I have a newer E350 but I worked hard for it..
M&N Distribution congrats bro, proud of you that you “worked hard” for it, just don’t rub it in people’s faces.
Are you kidding me? This car looks like new one man!
@Colt Jonas really are you a bot cuzzz if that works ima try it
Just bought an 04 from a retired couple with 73k miles and it’s whole life has been garage kept!
You do such a great job videoing all different cars you show on your channel.

the wood on the door is the best
Tamás Raduly I like the darker wood option very nice looking on this car
My personal car is the '04 E320 and it is identical in every way to this one. I'm the second owner/care taker and it only sees nice days. Super reliable and plenty of pick up and go on the highway. Had the SBC service done at the dealership and a new battery...that's it. Quality built vehicle and very classy. Great video!
Love your reviews
Haw much
I love this car. I own the exact same make/model/color and it's a great reliable vehicle, to say the least. I paid $4,000 for it two years ago. I must restore the headlights, otherwise, it's in mint condition.
it was very good i did
czcams.com/video/6T6TzvG-V68/video.html
I own exactly the same too, I rebuilt my transmission a couple of days ago
How many miles did you get yours for?
I have the exact same car but ONE headlight does not work after checking the bulb for the inspection! Any advice on headlights?
@@natashajames8036 replace bulb
Again, the commentary is hilarious. I can't wait until I'm able to afford to buy a car from you guys.
dqwaszx this car is about 5 grand. It's not too much. Idk how much he sold it for but anything over 5.5-6.0 is too much for it
Tyler Marlatt I bought mine for $1500 and is in the same condition as the one in the video
It cost 1000€-1500€
Sky mask it’s way more than that my grandma has a mercedes E300 and it’s for 40,000
@@Misskaye82 she have a 2021 or what? I just bought an e320 last night in amazing condition for 2,000 and drove it across texas back home.
W211 nice looking car and still my dream car nowaday.
this car.. its legendary 🔥👌
The car really look like a new one. I have a 2002 E320, I believe that the condition Of my car is so good until I have seen yours
03 E320 gang wya
does your car have a aux cord input for music?
Beautiful.
Nice video!
I'm getting mine tomorrow 😊😊😊
Thank You VERY much!! The shop says it is NOT the Bulb! Do I need a second opinion because they recommended a Diagnostic for it to pass Inspection! They said this is the ONLY thing wrong with the car so I brought it home for now.
Im in love
12:20 Damn I locked my key in the car! Good thing I have a spare, if only I could find it...
hello
i'm thinking about buying this car. what are the common problems to consider and which are the most chronic malfunctions? is the gearbox good?
Wow I work on just out of this neighborhood!
i just seen a 2003 one owner only 53kmiles someone old had it, i bought my truck 2004 chevy blazer only 56kmiles never had a problem 3yrs in not one problem it’s in its 90kmiles now drove it like a new truck gave it to my SON i luv buying from old ppl who keep it up good
no kidding, I bought my '02 Jeep in 2015 with 76k miles on it from an old retired couple, the thing was in excellent shape, I have 118k on it now and have mostly just done regular maintenance.
One of the best parts about living in a retirement city/town is being able to find older cars that have been maintained so well by their owners that are older. If you look good enough you can find some cream puffs for a lower than normal price.
I just picked up a beat up 2004 E320 4Matic for $1000! It has 260,000 miles and runs and drives well.
in a bit I’ll pick up a 03 with 186k for $900 with some easy fix suspension issues
Turn off cellular data in the settings app to avoid getting calls because the person calling you won’t be able to reach your phone, shouldn’t interrupt filming though
nice car
So what's the final take on reliability on these things? I am looking at the range of 05-09 models. I really like the old corporate styling, especially black with chrome parts. Around here (Australia) these ones used are in the 10,000 - 20,000 AUD range
John I purchased 2002 e320 2 years ago a 1 owner very cheap
Cosmetically it was rough on the outside but mechanical near purrfect
What a great car I do long hi speed drives in remote rural Western Australia a superb long distance tourer
I have invested a few bucks and she looks very tidy
Aussie here, too.
About to buy a 2003 E320 Elegance, 51500 k's!!!
I (almost) feel immoral paying the old guy just $6k.
As reliable as a Camry just needs love. Take care of these cars and they’ll take care of you
Just bought one today as my first car
how do you find it?
Was it worth it? What did you pay? What’s the mileage on yours?? I’m looking at one rn I’m also 21 and just now got my license
@@jacobtaylor3212 for me I would advise you to shun away from one of these if legroom is your priority. I came from a W210 and really the W211 screams tightness. You may also have to spend a bit of money to upgrade your stereo system because obviously a car from this age doesn't have Bluetooth, hence I have CDs mounted into my CD changer which failed when I fully occupied all 6 slots. But as long as fast speeds is illegal, the W211 does 140km/h (I'm from Asia hence I use km/h) without any drama. No noise, no signs of instability, just getting you to your destination with the calmest of all attitudes out there. The climate control's pretty cooling too, and the stereo is still going strong for a 17 year old car. Ye mine is a '03 example.
@@jacobtaylor3212 but the 5GTRONIC gearbox shifts really slowly in Winter/Comfort mode, and Summer/Sports mode makes my E240 2.6 feel a bit too responsive on throttle. I don't understand why there isn't something like normal mode. In w/c mode it hangs at an rpm for a long time before upshifting. Even my previous 4th gen Maxima had a better transmission.
i just got one to
There’s one of these near me in this nice blue color and it’s incredibly tempting… I prefer the M272 V6 over the M112, as I’d like some more power, but I know the M112 is more reliable. Would be a wonderful car (with low miles) for good transport.
Did you get it?
@@studded8054 Nope. That car was a bit old for how much it was. I looked at an 06 E350 wagon which I loved, other than the fact that it had crappy repairs and smelled bad. I also looked at an 09 E350 sedan, which was great, but I didn’t really need. (There was also an 04 E320 wagon but it got away sadly…)
@@sethsteener Unfortunate
This looks EXACTLY like the car that my bro left me and Im in the training mode about it
Elegance
thats good trasportation
The first aid kit is already stored in the rear center armrest. You just didn't pull out the drawer when showing it.
I bought an 01 e320 sport last year. I have no owners manual and have not found one. They have changed the center panel quite a bit. I cannot even find the switch for the rear sun shade. The shade may be broken as far as I know but there is no separate switch anywhere on the panel. I have had to spend over 3k on the car already and it still needs motor mounts and maybe sway bar links. Not a good buy. I do still like it. Solid car.
Next time you need to buy a car Walk with a pre purchase inspection list. Do some research and know what you need first. Know what the deal breakers are and learn to walk away from a bad deal. Know the value, if you do these things you will be happy with your next car
@@newtonraymond77 I have NOT found an owners' manual for the E320 4dr Sedan yet!!
@@natashajames8036 If you have a W211, try the rear seat centre armrest; pull out the tray and you may find it there.
My father had an E320 Like this but it had Style IV Rims and was slightly worn
One time the Transmission broke and was stuck in Drive (i think)
And when my dad first bought it it was un-aligned
How do you open the hood?
You lifted up that cover in side the trunk and you said there was no repair tire. Did you know there is a spare under the panel that you lifted.
If you go back and have another listen, he did say they show people the spare is under that inner cover.
great videos , i am thinking between mercedes E class (w211) or mercedes CLK (c209) what is your opinion , i am 21 years old
Mr. Cairo I had a W210 when I was 17 as my first car and just got a W209 last year and that’s my current car. I’m 24 now
Mr. Cairo the sbc has a recall and they’ll replace it for free now
@@kwoods3379 not in other countries tho. In Malaysia at least there's the E200 Kompressor variant for the facelift. I know in the States the facelift starts from the E350 and the 3.5 V6 motor isn't free from balancing shaft problems.
i got W211 E320CDI
nice
But Bill, I love my Uzi! I guess I'll have to leave it on the front seat.
Thinking about buying one. 55k miles. Asking $6900. But I drive Uber. Anybody have any advice? It seems to be a reliable car... would wonder if It’s gonna cost a lost for general maintenance and things or are there any major problems?
Ugh I want this Benz
looking for a 2005 Mercedes Benz but I love Mercedes Benz and I love them and they have lots of comfort and they can go a fast distance there I think they're mostly related to a Chrysler 300 top 11 I think they're very nice vehicles I think I want to get both Anna and they both go a fast Mile and they're both top 11 vehicles 2004-2005 2006/2007 I don't care how fast it go with a nice little cars 2020 Chrysler 300 2020 Mercedes been there very fast and whoever likes this press the blue button the thumbs-up button
How is PAM doing? Nice old lady!! Just like the ride🤗
Pam was a little bit off she was late walking her dog
@@cherkas009 is she still around? Greetings
Eu sempre foi fam da Mercedes Bem eu chego ter duas
Reliable cheap transportation once you get the transmission, SBC, cooling fan, heater valve, air shocks, ball joints fixed
2007-2009 have none of those problems. They refurbished it to perfection you can often see them selling in eu with 600-700 thousand kilometers with an engine still in good shape. Taxy drivers often cross a million km mark which very few models can achieve. Just regular maintenance and good care, this car can last for decades, I plan to give this one to my son when he turns 18 in 4 years and hes gonna probably drive it for 5 years if not more. I got e280 2008 year 7tronic btw. Probably tge best purchase of my life. Early years were problematic I agree on that, a lot of faulty shit on them
Damn. Those transmissions are bullet proof.
Can you help if i want one of this generation mercedez benz cars shipped to Nigeria?
How to change headlight

how to open the car door
How many miles can they last? I usually drive Japanese import cars because they can last up to 200-300k miles, so i want something just as reliable.
They can go up to 300 not recommended that you keep it going after 3 but really easy cars to work on Espically the older ones like this one very reliable. Trust me buddy these ain’t money pits like bmw
@@mercedesbenz9635 "not reccomended to go over 300k" ... by whom? that is utter nonsense. these cars are popular as taxis in many parts of the world and many of them are still running well over 300k.
I've seen that same M112 3.2 V6 in ML 320's with 4-500K miles on them..
Beautiful car. I think they are known for electrical problems.
I bought this exact car a year ago. I paid $500.00 had 229,000 miles. A lot of electrical problems but, I LOVE THIS CAR!!
Angi Sinner wtf
I had to put a kill switch on my battery because it was dried my battery dead after 2 hours not sure what was drawing the battery but something
