Technically squilliam could be brought up on several charges. Several cases of harassment and stalking. Disturbance of the peace. Then of course there's the time when he literally set up Squidward for identity theft which could be seen as fraud or entrapment or abedding and abiding in criminal activity.
Plus, if you go by Philippine law, he could get charged for being annoying and yes, that is an actual law in the Philippines. In total, Squilliam could land up to 2-3 years behind bars.
Squilliam is rich so he would probaly bribe the judge for a lesser sentance
I also believe it was Mr. Krabs fault for not listening to the guys full order when he asked for a pizza and a diet Dr. Kelp. Mr. Krabs always has money on his mind you know.

There's also the last episode I stopped watching, where he and Sandy give people radioactive krabby patties, and when the Krusty Krab got caught in a whirlpool, and he wouldn't let anyone leave....(Endangerment of the people)

In my opinion, Puff and Squilliam are the MOST villainous characters. Puff is actually a secret criminal from another town and attempted-MURDER is no normal feat. Squilliam also LITERALLY BRIBED and attempted TO MANIPULATE Bikini Bottom with his money and that's even IF IT EXISTS. It's highly likely he LIED about the money and then got into SERIOUS FRAUD!
I admittedly stopped watching Spongebob decades ago, but I swear, Man-Ray is honestly my fave villain. I loved how he reminded me of Darth Vader and Zurg when I was a kid.
Plankton is also a classic and another fave of mine.
I keep remembering the bounty hunter dude from the movie, but totally forgot much else about him except he either amazed me, frightened me, or I just plain hated him as a kid. xD I do love a good biker style, though and have a character who has boots with spikes that can extend. :P

I don't think the pizza delivery costumer should be on the list. There are a few other villains that you missed. Like Gal Dobbler, Madem Hagfish, the cyclops, even Plankton's grandma. Also, Mr. Krabs should also be sentence to anger management class. Since he easily gets mad when something doesn't doesn't go right and losing money.
I agree with most of these. But Madam Hagfish I am not sure. I don’t think she committed anything harmful enough to be a crime, but I am not expert on this so I may be wrong. I think she did threatened the Krusty Krab Crew by playing a curse on them, but the curse was completely harmless because it only closed down the restaurant so no customers would come. So I find that nothing too bad. However, she did send Eugene and SpongeBob on a life-threatening task just to be able to lift the “curse”, but yeah, I don’t think of those actions as much as crimes. But I could be wrong. Any specific details I’m missing?

Cyclops yes! For kidnapping, animal (sea creature) abuse, and attempted murder because I believe he tried to kill SpongeBob and Patrick by heating them to death.

And with the Eugene and the anger management thing, I totally agree that he should attend one! I have often hated how he would get angry just like that when things go terribly! Yet it still confuses me on some episodes where things are not going his way and he still has the patience of a saint for it. Like in that episode where he is the one teaching SpongeBob to drive, knowing SpongeBob is a bad and rough driver, he has at least destroyed the restaurant a lot and has caused a ton of property damage that I know Eugene would go ballistic over! But nope, he shows persistence and patience like no other!
Gal Dobbler is a meteorologist who predictions on predicting the weather is never wrong. A baby storm cloud rains on Bikini Bottem and Gal tries to capture and dispose the cloud so he can save his reputation. He's charged with cloud napping and attempted murder. Gal Dobbler is on Stormy Weather.
Honestly I would give Mr Krabs I penalty of selling one billion krabby patties

Squidward committed crimes in Bikini Bottom. He assaulted and humiliated Spongebob on April Fools, he stole Squiliam's identity to teach a clarinet class, he also broke into museums and harassed people streaked naked in public and worse of all (according to Bikini Bottom law) he constantly litters.

Don’t know why this one specifically had to be more jokey in terms of punishment, but so many crimes were unlisted for a good chunk of the characters, minus bubble bass
the scorn lover thing with Squidward and Squilliam is kinda ironic actually, since they apparently canonically dated so im going to assume Squidward had left Squilliam so after that Squilliam wanted to either screw with him either to get him back or as revenge for leaving him for no good reason
Wait, they dated canonically? Oh god, Squilliam used a possible glow up (don't know if he was born rich or came into it) for evil! And the fact that he torments Squiddy everytime he tries to better himself, is in the realm of harassment/psychological torment.
Technically, "The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie" was meant to be the finale of SpongeBob, but since the show continued well after the film's release, I think it's safe to assume that the original movie takes place whenever the series ends, which most likely won't be for a long time, or ever if my hunch is correct.
the ending of this movie is from the year 2028 lol. so Nickelodeon will continue it forever like The Simpsons but worse. so it won't end like that. honestly seasons 4-8 were better of course it's not popular but it's better than seasons 9-13 which look like crap

Dude. You forgot about Mr. Krabs action in the “Jellyfish Hunter” episode. He literally manipulated SpongeBob into capturing the entire population of Jellyfish Fields just to imprison them in a factory and harm them a lot just to get the jam and make profit. I am pretty sure that is an animal abuse crime or something that should’ve increased his sentence more. Just thought I remind you.

This is just a theory but in the episode where squidward gets his own music class squilliam, the cops news reporters and the head director of music at a prestigious University show up as the cops arrest.
