Isn’t the blue katana’s blade made of stainless steel? I saw it on the website, it is the Blue Dragon katana from the Katanas section of the website. It says that it is made of stainless steel and is not sharp. That means only one of the katanas is made of carbon steel. The one he cut was made of stainless steel making it easier to cut. I kind of want to actually see a CARBON katana cut another actual CARBON katana and have them both sharpened.

Haganezuka was the blame for Tanjiro deformed swords,the chief village of swordsmith village said Haganezuka wasn't doing a great job casting swords,he's not well experience and hence why his sword are always damaged and keep loosing client.But despite his anger towards Tanjiro for breaking the sword,he's actually happy because Tanjiro keep ordering sword from him,showing that Tanjiro was loyal and respect to Haganezuka swordsmanship.

Not really, actual fights with katanas were often very short, with the battle usually being decided within an instant. On top of that, even if the blades did collide there would usually be little if any damage to the katana. The reason why is because actual swordsmen did not fight with the sumo stance that the guy in the video had and had their blades upright instead of facing the ground, which would allow for more damage to the blade.
