How to start siphoning with gravel vac by hand without a squeeze or pump

In this tutorial I am using the Python PRO-Clean Extra Large Gravel Vac. This is the only one I have found so far which is big enough to clean my 55 gallon drums or reach to the bottom of my stock tank.
