    Despite it being midnight I expected more people to be out on the street walking or in a park

      I'm working on a video on what it was like living in Yellowknife. I hope to have it done this month.

    I like how people like the town live in! Its like morning during midnight on summers, and dark during 3:00 on winters.

      I lived there from when I was born till I was 4 and let me tell you, winter is either the best or worst since it does go on from around October-november to April-May but the best part about winter in my opinion is definitely the night walks in the little forests

    How is yukon in the winter? Want to come here in march next year!

    • @SteveCSilva
      @SteveCSilva  Před 5 lety +3

      I can't speak to Yukon's winter because I moved there only last month. Yellowknife's weather is harsh for those not used to bitter cold, but it's survivable.

    Is it the cold or the snow that makes it harsher in yellowknife ?

    • @SteveCSilva
      @SteveCSilva  Před 5 lety +4

      I guess it depends on the person and other circumstances, but the the snow wasn't intense last winter, at least compared to the other places I've lived in. The cold has to be taken especially seriously.
