- For those that are curious, this is a tool that my father and I invented and patented a few years back. Recently it was picked up by a larger company and revamped to make it virtually indestructible. Below is a link to their website and newly filmed video showcasing the new adapter plate.

Great stuff , the only limit to a Bobcat product,s versatility is your own imagination & expertise , bring it on guys .
Nice to see the water flowing as it should. Well done boys.
I bet post 10 would love one of these.
I remember cleaning a culvert years ago and all I had was my master diver cert, a rebreather and a heavy 6foot pinch bar. It took 4 trips to clear the partial collapse and resulting blockage and the thing was that after all my hard graft the local council decided to dig it up and put a new one in
I love how clear the water is
hamish rumbel
WAS
I'll watch damn near anything at midnight..................
This is a good piece of equipment good job guys
Look at all the culvert cleaning experts coming out of the woodwork lmao
K
Maybe YOUR ASS is somewhere in the WOODWORK!
Surprised nobody 's mentioned Post 10 yet. I'll keep looking.😉
Those ding dang beavers man. They dang old unstoppable man. Nice Kubota.
kewl - great invention.
I think they did s great job.
GREAT TOOL..
Good job
Here in belmont county ohio the county workers widened our rural roads so pipeliners could have easier time. They graded peoples yards and hilllsides and even took out phone lines. Eventuallly with rain all that mud filled the culverts. This wqs 2 years ago. Ohio can only afford one culvert cleaner for 7 counties so they are stilll clogged. The roads are caving in and so is the land.
Oversize Tonka Toy.....Looks like fun!
Cool video
Post10 would do this by hand
This is counterproductive doing this without a dumper to remove the waste
That bridge looks like it was designed to clog up? I expect they will call you back next month to unclog it again...
Looks like a dam good idea
YES! YES! We got YOU in the Camera. Now do your damn JOB!
So, you moved the debris to the side so it could wash back under the bridge the next high water event. Smart thinking. Keep yourself in business.
Yes I was thinking he should work from the downstream side then the water would push out the loosened material
Is that from beavers
So if you start upstream, and allow all the stuff to blow downstream into the other culverts, seems like you could "clean up" on cleaning them out. Getting paid multiple times to remove the same stuff.
Dam beavers
This has NOTHING to do with Beavers!
cool tool
Is this a homemade attachment??
Use the fast way to clean it out & blast
If you run from the downstream side, the stuff won't keep washing back into the culvert.
I bet those are selling like hot cakes.
I think 6 four foot pine trees tied together at the base and pulled through like a shotgun swab, thats how I do my sluce pipe one tree
How do you get the chain through to pull it?
@@kyleharrison4878
I send a string through a PVC pipe with air pressure, then tie it to a rope, then the tree,
Why not clean infront of it first?
Good eye, usually I would, but with this particular bridge I found it hard to find an easy angle to clear the front without packing the debris tighter. To combat this I ended up digging a slight trench about two feet from the upstream side of the bridge and pulled the material from under the bridge into it. In the process the larger rocks and gravel filled the trench and the organic material passed under the bridge
By the way it looks there weekend warriors
SEND IT DOWN STREAM, GET MORE WORK THAT WAY!
Exactly, skeet or whoever! It’s their job!( Mn. native)
Good way to bust up the pipe. Unless it is concrete all around.
It's just a bridge basically my friend
God operator
don't understand why at 45 seconds he dumps the crap on the bridge that the culvert is under. If you don;t need the crossing, why clean the culvert, blow it out.
i wonder that then i realized he's got a small excavator with a dozer blade, maybe he plans to push it off
0:45
Didn't really do much, made a wider path and just a hair deeper but the flow looked about the same
Post10 has over 60k sbs and he uses a rake..you guys bust your ass, use your brains and suffer along with 1.3k..either way..it is doing a great job..but YT is strange as the viewers who tune in..
Do it down steam
Came here to say same thing. If you do it from the downstream side you may have better luck buddy.
He answered that same question above: "Good eye, usually I would, but with this particular bridge I found it hard to find an easy angle to clear the front without packing the debris tighter."
Correct doing it on the down stream...
So I guess you're just going to stand there watching and videotaping him struggle with those little logs? Instead of grabbing them and getting them out of there for him.
How else do you become a top flight operator. The gentleman viedo taping is loosing money to let that young man fight them logs. But hopefully have a bad ass operator soon
So basically..... a strap on
Yeah it's a big black strap-on that goes deep into wet holes.
Don’t show that tool to #Post10 he would have a field day with that tool
muy mal no se trabaja de lado se trabaja de frente con la cuchilla delante para evitar vuelcos
Spanish is stupid.
Eso no lo piensa tu mujer , sobre todo cuando la bajo las bragas
I think I would have cleaned out in front of Culvert a hell of a lot more before I started your plunger tool Kinda ASS Backwards
I think the point was to show it could stand up to being pushed into such a mess and pull it apart with out damage to its self.Yes they could have cleared more by hand ,but why do that if the tool can do it?
بيض
And costs about half a million probably
No
YEA! Nice Watch, NOW! Stop showing it! What's the purpose of that anyway?
And the bridge collapses
X
Looks like you made more work for yourself then needed.... but its done now .
Where was the Culvert ?
Don't you people know what a Culvert is ?
Pull those little timbers off with the excavator dig out blockage unobstructed 😑
Add more stuff around the opening next time... it'll look more authentic
Komentari. 99
No es malo el maquinista
Spanish is stupid.
Shit
Wow you GUYS AND GIRLS ARE CLEAVER.........YOUR COMPANIES SHOULD APPROCH MARYLAND SCENIC RAILWAY., BNSF ,AND CSX,, ALSO NORTH FORK SOUTHERN CLASS ONE RAILWAYS AND OFFER YOUR CULVERT CLEANER (1) TO CLEAN OUT THEIR RAILWAY TRACK CULVERTS...AND UNDER MINE RAILWAY TRACK ROAD BEDS PRIOR TO ADDING RAILWAY TRACK BALLAST
Useless should have kept the bucket on clean in front of it job done water will push rest through
Useless? Lol
Not really that impressive.
If you had not put the debris and sticks in there for your demo--you wouldn’t have had a demo!!! All of the digging on both sides of the bridge needed to be done anyways and the creek would have washed itself clean into the hole you dug. Then just clean the hole again at a later date. What you have built is pretty but after a few uses and a couple of wanna be operators, all you are going to have is an expensive piece of bent and/or broken metal.
Waste of time
🤭How many frogs and turtles were killed in the making of this video?
None, but 6 fish and 4 crayfish were.
this tool looks useless...
