Since these games have good rollback, I'll add DNF Duel, KOF XV, GG XRD Rev and Rev2 (IIRC all are getting rollback soon-ish, one of them even had a beta for it recently), oh yeah and if you like a game that's basically Anime UMVC3, DBFZ is getting rollback sometime soon too!
DBFZ is a game you can meme on at LEAST as hard as Smash.
And for all you saying Marvel's dead, well I got news for you. The best (new) MVC game out there, UMVC3, has a lot of modders looking to do things with it. I'm pretty sure that it's only a matter of time until that has rollback, Capcom be damned (and they won't be able to shut it down either, because they still sell UMVC3 for PC over Steam, this would just be a free mod that works on that base code). In the meantime, everyone that's really interested in UMVC3 is playing it on PC over Parsec netcode.

for marth shield breaker punish just use fully charged shield breaker, if you can push them to one of the ledges it'll kill most characters around 25% and it way easier to sweet spot than f smash
