    Is IELTS mandatory for studying Bachelors course taught in English for International students

      If the medium of instructions any of your previously finished level of education was English, then no ;-) (In other words - if you have studied in English language before at basic or secondary school or some graduate university programme, then no you do not need any additional language proficiency certificate.
      If previous is not your case, then you need B2 level of English certificate (CEFR scale). in IELTS terms it is average 5.5 points or better

      Of course, you can, the Czech Republic has the lowest unemployment rate in the whole EU.
