Very Very nice! Buy 800k for 5,000 sqft and a 4 car garage with a bigger backyard would exceptional price in the Reno Nevada.

From the outside, it looks like a really small house. Maybe nice views but not worth $800k.
Expensive area but low paying jobs area. Telework is coming to an end soon folks.
A lot of people moving out of California and ended up in Reno. That's why this area is booming over the past 4 years now.

Why move? Low paying jobs.
I looked around Reno for a year including Carson City. I can't justify 20% cut salary.
Most of the houses in Reno are parked cash. They're not primary residents. A lot of my friends from bayarea bought houses in Reno and Utah using their equity....more. debt getting deeper.
My house is almost paid off and my salary is very very comfortable.....Ill wait for a while to use my VA somewhere....more debt too but not my equity. My house is not an ATM account.
