Yes this is in RENO, NEvada, which is about 2 hours driving from Sacramento area.
Yes compares to Bat Area pricing, this home is considered cheap.
That's why more and more Bay Area people moving out of the city and expanding to Sacramento/Reno/Lake Tahoe area
