the funny thing is - Dylan is a much more talented musician than everyone in the chairs combined.

The judges are losing perspective .. Not only 'big' voices are special voices! They should know better because the kind of lane this lad fits into is very popular in the UK. I'm truly shocked.

More and more I'm getting the feeling the problem is with the producers. I've seen the judges wanting to turn many times but they don't, makes me wonder if they have the final say or are merely puppets.

Kid has an awesome voice! Imagine if Bob Dylan himself had been up there? None would've turned either. And the world would've missed out on one of the best musicians ever. Hope he keeps trying to make it. Those four judging aren't even great musicians in their own right.

Actually just saw him in Glasgow there. Never realised it was him from far away, he was signing an Elvis song & it sounded brilliant. Honestly don't know how he never got through, I never had time to give him money - was in a rush home.

I went to see Stereophonics in Manchester last night. Guess who the support act was.........Dylan John Thomas! He's 24 now and his voice is incredible! A kid who grew up in the care system and has now toured with Gerry Cinnamon and Liam Gallaghet........the boy done good!
He was real, a proper musician with real talent, why not one of the judges turned I can't imagine. He was really good and deserved to be on the show.

Dylan was fabulous and I thought it was totally crazy that the judges didn't turn. Who knows, maybe he is supposed to make it without them; like a true artist and musician.

This guy is really good and everyone is right someone definitely hands down should have turned. However, an artist like this should be in bars writing his own music. He has a much greater chance of making it in the business this way. The voice would just pave him an impermanent and weak pathway to minor fame. Best of luck dude, great voice!

The world is being robbed of so many talented artists. And it's just because the music industry won't take risks. They used to have the stranglehold on what we can hear and had all the money. But now artists can promote themselves online and It's killing the record companies. It's all about the money and all these people want is assembly line , cookie cutter pop singers they know they can groom and package to sell to every preteen in the universe. 🎶Support independent artists all you can . We ❤ our audiences and we need your support 🎶.

A tale of two Dylans? Another really poor song choice (seems to be a common thread in this show!) This is more of a poem than a song, and to get the judges to turn Dylan (obviously not that one!) would need to have done something extraordinary with it. He did try one or two little moments of variation, but they didn't really work (like the "didn't you" refrain, which he lengthened - if my recollection is correct). I enjoyed the performance, but not because Dylan (this one) showed me he was a great singer, but because I was thinking back to the original.
