    This was great. I needed this and I loved the idea of taking the moves from the cadillac and making them mat accessible. I love a good mobility session. And all the abs!

    It's -45C plus a windchill here in Edmonton, Alberta. Way too cold to venture outside. That was the perfect class to mobilize my body in these conditions. Thank you for posting it, Beth.
