Pressure works both ways. It's silly to say one team feels more pressure than the other at this point. The Chiefs are under pressure to win back to back championships, while the Niners are under pressure to close the deal. I give the Niners the slight edge because of the level of talent and hunger to win on their side. They have the more talented team overall, and have shown the past two weeks their Rocky Balboa resilience to get up after being down and finish the fight on top. I'm not discounting the desire of KC to want to win, but I just think SF is sick and tired of being sick and tired.
Chiefs aren't under any 'pressure'.

If the 49ers are soft in the 1st half, I can guarantee that there is no ring for the 49ers. This is the Chiefs with Maholmes, so far the Chiefs have played outstanding football in the playoffs and kept getting better in every game in the playoffs. I picked the Chiefs.
@tuanngnt 49ers are a better second half team. If the 9ers can run the ball consistently and efficiently then Mahomes will be just watching on the bench. Chiefs defense won't be able to stop 49er's offense.
@tuanngnt They're not getting better, but they're winning games with their defense. They forced offenses to struggled, especially Baltimore & Lamar, but Lamar isn't a true QB. The Niners have looked shaky in the playoffs until the 2nd half last week. I give KC the edge in QB and defense, but I give the edge to SF for offense and heart. Also, the Niners have a great defense, but it just hasn't looked like itself lately, until it matters. The Niners know how to make adjustments and lock down in the 2nd half. Honestly, both teams are under a lot of pressure, and I've seen Mahomes perform well and fold under Superbowl pressure. It can go either way, as it's a game of coaching adjustments and momentum. I personally feel like Shanahan has been preparing for this game since their loss to KC in the other Superbowl, and so I think he'll have the Niners ready.
9ers lose to Chiefs in super bowl after a 2nd half comeback win in 2019. Mahomes gets all the credit.
9ers put up two comeback wins in playoffs this year, only for Purdy and 9ers to get haters to say they don't deserve it.
I'm rooting for Purdy and the 49ers to silence the haters and prove they can play all 4 quarters and win the Super Bowl this year!

What stood out with me about the Chiefs is that with arguably the greatest QB since Brady & Montana, they're still willing to manage a lead, refraining from risky plays. The Lions obviously didn't do that. The high scoring ravens were stuck in single digits & arguably the best running QB we've ever seen except for maybe Fran Tarkington was pretty much held in check. There's no home field advantage for either in Vegas, so it comes down to Purdy & Mahomes. From another angle it could be McCaffrey & Mahomes, both being explosive. The difference may just be who blinks first outside the star cores. Can't wait for this clash !

You know, I personally root for 49ers because I live in the South Bay Area. Most of Bay Area people are 49ers fans. Well, I didn't want to see Chiefs again in Superbowl again. I know Chief is strong team because of Mahomes. Currently, 49ers using similar strategy that Chiefs had used when Chiefs won against 49ers at past Superbowl game. They met again in 3 years. I hope 49ers would have more advantage so that the game will play in the Vagas, where is closer to the Bay Area than Kansas City.
That isnt how it works though. Both fan bases are only allowed to sell a certain amount of tickets for the big game. This is part of the idea of having a "neutral field"

That is long distance, even if it is every week. 49ers played at their home since division match, so they didn't travel. I still don't know who will take over this super bowl. It is not easy decision for me, so that Mahomes is goat for now.

The offensive game plan for the 49ers should be to establish the run early on to open up the passing game and to keep on running the ball after that. Why not as the Niners have the best running back in the NFL in Christian McCaffrey? Considering Brock Purdy rushed for 48 yards against the Lions who have one of the top rated run defenses in the NFL adds another dimension to the Niners run game. And this is crucial as the teams that beat the Chiefs this season did so by running the ball, exposing the Chief's weak run defense.
First game of the season for Kansas City was against the Lions who rushed the ball 34 times including 21 carries by Montgomery, leading to a 21-20 upset of the Chiefs.
Midway through the season, the Chiefs faced the Broncos who rushed the ball a whopping 40 times for 153 yards, which isn't bad for a Broncos team without an elite RB, which led to a 24-9 upset blowout of KC.
A couple of games later, the Chiefs faced the Eagles who rushed the ball 27 times which led to 3 rushing TDs, enough to beat the Chiefs 21-17.
A couple of games after that, the Chiefs faced a Packer team that rushed the ball 25 times, which is a lot considering they are predominantly a passing team. The Packers upset the Chiefs 27-19.
The following week, the Chiefs played the Bills who rushed the ball 28 times despite Josh Allen having 42 passing attempts. The Bills defeated the Chiefs at KC, 20-17.
A couple of games after that, the Chiefs faced the Raiders who ran the ball 29 times for 157 yards. Not bad for a team without a good RB. The Raiders beat the Chiefs at KC, 20-14.
What cannot be overstated is the Chiefs up the ante and take it to another level during the postseason, yet the same rule still applies.
In the AFC Wild Card Round, the Chiefs faced the Dolphins who rushed the ball 18 times for 76 yards, with Pro Bowl starting RB Raheem Mosert only carrying the ball 8 times. As a result, the Dolphins suffered a blowout loss to KC by a score of 26-7.
In the AFC Divisional Round, the Chiefs faced the Bills who rushed the ball 39 times for 182 yards and nearly beat the Chiefs, losing 27-24 after a missed field goal late in the game.
In the AFC Championship, the Chiefs faced the Ravens who rushed the ball 16 times, of which RBs carried the ball just 6 times for a measly 23 yards. It's no surprise the Ravens were held scoreless from 5 minutes left in the 1st quarter to near the end of the 4th quarter.
After establishing the run, the 49ers offensive line needs to give Brock Purdy adequate protection on passing plays so he will have time to throw to his receiver targets Aiyuk, Deebo, Kittle and Jennings. Bang! Bang! Niner Gang! Niners!!!

My money is on the Chiefs. 49ers defense, especially the run defense was just so shaky from the game against Lions. Not sure a dramatic improvement in two weeks is feasible.
The Niners adjust well though. It's gonna be a matter of who can score TD's on their drives instead of FG's, and I like the Niners chances of scoring more. Not only that, but the Niners defense has been overlooked here. They have a good enough defense to adjust and lock down the Chiefs in the 2nd half. We can say the Lions made some questionable calls in their loss, but the fact is that the Niners made the right adjustments to shut down that potent offense in the 2nd half.
The Chiefs have struggled in gritty back and forth games this year but we know the Niners can win those games and do so in the playoffs. My prediction is everything doesn't go Mahomes way and he starts crying and acting like a man baby

As an SF fan based on how we looked against the last 2 teams cant argue with that. All i can say is any given sunday anything can happen. Looking at the performance in the postseason between the 2 teams chiefs are at a different level. We would have to play way better than we have on offense and defense for 4 quarters to stand a chance.
