Here in India private job seekers are treated as a second category and considered as the ones who failed to perform well at the appropriate time...
And when it comes to marriage , there also private job employees are like second option.....In addition to that there is no place for humanity/ sentiments for a private job...

But in India, pvt jobs, tumko boss ki tareef krne se salary milti hai ok, fixed timetable nhi hai, boss ko tum psnd nahi aye to nikal fekenge kachre ki trha, promotion to milne se raha, boss ko khush karo fir to zindagi bdl jaegi, importance unko milta hai jo boss ka favorite ho. Whereas in govt no worries unlike pvt. And yes in most pvt companies u hv to be fashionable wrna tumhare as pass log v na mandrayein.
