We are ttc, and I have an autoimmune condition- SLE. Can you please make a video on how people like me who are battling autoimmune conditions can conceive? i think the logical way to know if you ovulated or not is to look at what day the period comes. day 16-18 is a sure sign of anovulatory cycle. so basically having 2 periods per month you know there was no ovulation at all. happened to me when i was very sick at age 27/28. since then i got better.

I have had one ectopic and one miscarriage....
I have been trying hard to convince again. I did take an ovulation test from the 12th day until the 18th day of my menstrual cycle....and the smilye on the clear blue ovulation test kit is flickering since the 16th day. In my last cycle, it was solid on the 16th day. My cycle usually lasts for 29-30 days. Have I not ovulated this time? Should I test for a few more days?

In other words, I will start a new cycle or it will continues the cycle until I really ovulated and have a real period!?

I had this now. And I had two uldrasounds. Cd 4 and cd 18. Testin ovulation days 10-18, negative. Did not found corpuslutenum. I am 30 years old. Nice video.

Since I have a thyroid problem I feel my ovulation is not every month. I found and started using an ovulation test clearblue which identifies low, peak and high fertile days. I got once ovulation and once no ovulation (used twice so far) waiting for this month to measure.
Would u recommend this product or still measuring temperature is better?

Another good thing about ovulation tests is that you know when to take a pregnancy test. if you think you had ovulation on day 14 for example, and you really had it on day 22 then you have had to waste a lot of pregnancy tests unnecessarily and wonder when the period will come and think that you are not pregnant and then it turns out that you are pregnant . Pregnancy tests have been done to early, since you had late ovulation. it happened to me

I'm in letrozole (femara) hormones from October 2018 until this month April 2019 and I was having my period regularly and ovulating the 16 days of my cycle but this month I start to do the digital clearblue ovulation test and star to be fertil Friday, Saturday, Sunday,Monday and today! But Sunday was my ovulation day! So can I ovulate late in my cycle? I'm lost because I'm waiting the positive in my test to go do my second iui! Thanks for your videos and I really hope u can answer!
If I'm having regular monthly periods or the "breakthrough bleeding" because of anovulatory cycles, is it possible to get a steady rising peak on the opk strips and on the digital ovulation predictor kits and then get the decline on opks when it starts to drop for the LH? I use these because I work a swing shift job, sometimes I'm called in earlier and work over often, so my sleep for the basal body temperature does not work for me to get a good accurate knowledge of exactly if I truly have already ovulated each month.
I'm spotting (dark brown in color) 3-4 days before the heavy flow which continue 2-3 days then spotting again for 3-4 days until completely disappear.. Does that mean my progesterone level is not dropping in timely manner ? Somebody pls answer me for this I'm very confused :(
Hi! Can LH spike without having had ovilated? My gynecologists said because of my long periods I might not be ovulating every cycle. I've been tracking my OV with a fertility monitor kit. The past two months I have gotten a positive for OV on day 21 but I didn't got pregnant. Now I'm wondering if those OV positives were false. Hopefully you can answer my question. Thanks!

How does brain know when to start fresh cycle if it is anovulatory bleeding? Anovulatory bleeding can last long, or can have breaks or die out after spotting so when do we count Day 1?

I am vegan, I eat very healthy and take care of my body very well, with exercises and vitamins. Is there a way to fix anovulatory breakthrough bleeding? This is what I experience. I am just wondering why some months I ovulate and have real periods and other months I have these breakthrough bleeding. Does something trigger these cycles or is it completely random?
Is it possible to get a positive LH test and not be ovulating? Or is a positive LH test a positive sign that you did ovulate?
So even though it’s happening every 28 days it’s still breakthrough bleeding? My doctor told me I’m not having periods...yet every 28 days I bleed for 5 days I’m just confused. I have a nutritional miscarriage
And I got my first period after a month
Two days after I finished my period I checked my ovulation and I saw very strong ovulation line
Checked again after an hour and again I saw positive
Now 6 days after I still checking and its show more light lines but still there's a line
Its mean that I not ovulation at all this month? No point of keep trying to get pregnant this month?
And when you saying to check my temperature .. the is the degrees levels its need to show

I get brown discharge and a tiny amount of red mixed in instead of a period when I have an anovulatory cycle.
Month 5 in a row with no ovulation, I have progesterone blood tests on day 14, 21, 28 and 34 and the level never rises. Currently waiting for my fertility clinic appointment.
Is anovulatory cycle only happens for short term? Will it be possible reversible or becoming normal again without any treatment? Thanks!

Ok, so it’s happened/ (has started) happening again, to me. One Light spot yesterday, today’s looking more polka dotted but luckily no pain. 🤞 not speaking too soon.🙏🏻 it stops dotting bc of implantation. I get dark LH tests then my body temperature gets messed up through environmental factors. Could that be why I haven’t had o since moving here? Or couldn’t I have ovulated but just had too low Progesterone?

What does it mean though if you’re LH does rise and the LH test gets darker but not quite dark enough to count as a positive? Does that mean that you don’t ovulate ?
I also heard there’s something called LUFS. But it’s really hard to diagnose because they have normal period and BBT. Is it possible to treat those patients naturally?

I get mittleshmerz pain and I usually have a sore uterus around day 14 and I get a mild headache and my pituitary gland feels like its stimulated; like a can feel it... I used to feel a pinching in my left ovary when I was in my 20's before a tubualigation that I had at age 27. I recently had that reversed at age 39 12/2018 In March this year I had a ectopic; heartbeat found in my left ovary so that was removed. I still have mittleshmerz pain around CD 14 and OPK's test positive with darkest line when I feel that pain and I thought I felt a twinge in my right ovary (the only ovary that I now have) & I BD most of my fertile window but I ended up getting my AF 4 days earlier than anticipated. I'm wondering if there is a possibility that no egg was released just bcz I experience mittleshmerz pain and a positive LH? So If I feel the mittleshmerz and have LH surge does that mean I did release an egg or is this not an indicator that an egg was released? Is there a sure way to tell egg was released? IF I have a spike in my temp is that a sure sign that an egg was released? Hope this makes sense :-/

I have regular 30 day cycles, been trying to conceive for a year and a half. Hubby had sperm analysis done and everything is normal. Went to see a doctor and did blood work and they said I potentially have low thyroid (doing more blood tests this week). I read that low thyroid affects ovulation but according to my OPKs and the fact that I get periods, I do indeed ovulate. Do you know what else it could be or what else could be affecting me trying to conceive? Thank you!!!

I have a question please which I really hope you can answer for me. I wanted to know more about the LH hormone, how long does it release for? I was testing this month using the sticks and they detected 4 days of high fertility due to raise oestrogen (I was testing twice daily) but it never detected the LH hormone? Could it be that I missed it between tests? Can be it release quick and gone quick for testing?

If the ovulation strip shows positive for LH does that mean that ovulation will surely occur in a few days ? Or is there any chance that you get a positive ovulation strip but don’t ovulate ?? I have some symptoms of pcod like hair on my chin and thinning of hair on my frontal hairline and also I’m overweight. I used to have irregular periods but I went on the contraceptive for 4 months to regulate that. Now it’s almost regular. Since I’ve had the contraceptive only for 4 months , do I need to do a flush for my system to take out any effects that the pill had ? My question is: does having tender/swollen breasts right after middle of a cycle mean that we ovulated that month and have normal level of progesterone ? or can these physical changes/symptoms are meaningless in terms of interpreting retrospective ovulation?
Usually yes that's what it means but to make sure you should track your temp!

So breakthrough bleeding must last 7 days just like a period becus my Gyns keep telling me I’m not ovulating and I have regular periods and it seems like nothings different and my periods come when they are supposed to.

I believe this is what happened to me. Last month i kept getting high fertility days but never hit the Peak. I was super late for my period. (Was not prego). Eventualy my period came exactly September 1st and it was due August 20th! It was way shorter than my norm. Like 3 days... i usually go for 5-6 days. But I am confused. This month after what i know now was possibly a breakthrough bleed, why I ovulated early for September. LH came on CD11. I noticed that i was hot and i was constantly hungry. Im only 30 so i dont think pre menopause shouldn't be in the cards O_o ! But i guess i am asking what happens after the breakthrough. Is it possible to still have the LH right after the breakthrough? Is it normal to experience LH after the breakthrough? This is so interesting!
