Collagen powder with a suitable bulk density and molecular weight can dissolve into Cold water easily. Usually, the higher bulk density it is, the quicker it dissolve. The lower molecular weight it is, the quicker it will dissolve.
It may dissolve in room temp liquids or hot liquids…. But it will not dissolve in cold liquid or especially anything with ice in it….. it may “look” like it dissolved, but the minute you stop mixing with the spoon… it falls to the bottom and clumps up into a solid. 😞

Bad advice if you do your mixing with the collagen peptides jar opened. If water gets in there you will ruin your collagen jar, and that bottle of VP is quite expensive, unless you are the one who doesn't mind throwing money away just like that.😂
