When I lost my only sister, for the longest time I knew something was very wrong with me but could not put a finger on it. It was quite a relief for me to wake up one day to the realization that what was actually wrong with me was that a very big part of me died with her and I was only existing as part of rather than all of me. Sometimes understanding your problem is half the solution.
