  • In this video we walk through how to customize your ten Attribute Banks and how to use those Attribute Banks to build your customized ten Static Scenes.
Fixture Group Overrides and Color Overrides, which also utilize these Attribute Banks, are covered in other tutorials.

Is there a way to save your edited universes from the force 1.0 back to your PC with all the attribute banks saved?
Also it would be really great to add a feature to fixture profiles where you can specify channel ranges for color wheels then match those ranges to a list of colors that the force can use to identify and sync to the rest of the lights.

A future App update will allow for all Attribute settings to be made directly within the App with real-time feedback from your lights.
We certainly considered what you are describing but opted against it due to the amount of inconsistencies we’ve come across with “identical” fixtures (majority being the inexpensive unbranded reproductions) having different color wheel arrangements, gobos, etc. Many people are buying these unbranded fixtures and we’d like to offer a universal fixture profile library without having to resort to numerous revisions due to those inconsistencies.
We are certainly still considering this option. However, you can use the Attribute Banks to dial in specific colors across your rig and use the Color Theme Overrides to select those at any time.
      Good comments/questions!

Can you have a certain group of lights on a static scene (example, all the pars a solid color) and the rest of the lights in run mode?

Yes you can. That’s done using the Fixture Group Overrides. If you assign your Pars to 1 of the 6 fixture groups then you can use the Fixture Group Overrides to assign your Pars to an Attribute Bank. The Para will then be statically set to however you configured that particular Attribute Bank while the rest of your rig is under autonomous control.

Hello there, so I have an AI lightshow, but when I press Attribute Banks/ scenes: nothing happens, so do I have to connect it to internet or computer, please I would like some clarification

It sounds like you don’t have a DMX Universe currently loaded on your unit. Without a Universe loaded, there’s no lighting fixture information so the ability to create Attribute Banks or Scenes is not possible.
You need to start with the Force1 App in order to create your DMX Universe(s). Once created, you can transfer/save them to the unit and then you’ll be able to access the Attribute Banks | Scenes.
