Yes, but she knew he wrote divorce. So, even if he said anything, she would think he lied.
It looks like, the main reason she immediately gave in to divorce and became vicious against Hyun-woo is not because she wants revenge but because she wants to make it easy for him to let her go if she dies. Also for her to refer to her as "her husband" seems to imply the divorce was not filed at all by Vincenzo. Interesting plot indeed.

I suspect both of them are not divorced. Otherwise, why would Hae-in agree to go to his hometown and sleep in his room? Another thing, Hae In, still address him as husband as she cried in the restaurant.
I also suspect they will show the epilogue on what happens during the discussions with lawyer Vincenzo. That scene was hanging.
