I remember reading an article when the whole mess first started that he refused to settle originally because he didn’t get as big a settlement as William did. Harry, whines about a smaller bedroom…waah! There were six kids in my family, I was the oldest. My sisters shared, my brothers shared and I got my own bedroom…always. In one four bedroom house, my dad gave me his study and had a closet built in it. I was the oldest so I got certain privileges but I also had obligations or demands on me that the others didn’t have. I took care of the younger ones, I was a sister/mom. When my sisters went out and drank when they weren’t supposed to, I made sure that I was available and watched over them. This was without my parents knowing, it was older sister duties, it’s what the eldest does. Harry needs to just shut up, he’s so privileged and babied.

I’m older than my sister by 10 years. As the oldest child, I had the bigger bedroom with the bigger bed. When my darling little sister woke in the night, she would come into my room with several of her soft toys and crawl in next to me. She would immediately go back to sleep. I was a second mum to her and thoroughly relished it. As an adult, she has never complained about bigger my room was as she was always in it! 😊
It boggles my mind how harry complained that Prince William "got the bigger bedroom" - ummm, as a younger sister to an older brother - he alway had the bigger bedroom AND when we lived in a two bedroom with our Mom for several years. My brother was given the other bedroom. I had to sleep on a hideaway couch.

I feel like Harry doesn't realize that his family issues are not unique to him alone. His martyr complex won't let him grasp that his family dynamics are really quite ordinary and universal. He needs someone to tell him he's not as special as he believes he is.
As the eldest I shared with my younger sibling until I was 12. After asking my mother if we could separate and have a bedroom each she moved me into the smaller spare room. After I decorated it I was happy to have some space of my own. Grow up Harry as you are wasting your life.

He was also offered a very similar amount to them taking the number of offenses into account, he turned it down. William and Catherine then donated the entire amount to Invictus and other charities. I very much doubt that he will donate anything to anyone if and when he gets compensated.
He turned down an out of court settlement for 200K back in 2015. Which meant NO LAWYER’S FEES. Harry turned it down angry that William got more.

After 2020, nobody wants to be a cop anymore so they’re scraping the bottom of the barrel. The amount of early retirements & cops just quitting were staggering. They lowered recruitment standards, & were allowing people with records to become officers as well. Disaster waiting to happen

We don't need police reform. It is not as big a problem as you're saying this person should not have been hired. You need better hiring practices, not reform. My son is a well-trained police officer. It took him several tries. Even though he's highly educated, he's physically fit. He's a large 6'3 and a perfect addition to the department, but in the suburbs it's very difficult to get on the 4th and you have to be highly trained which he was.
This person obviously slipped through the cracks. That's absolutely horrendous what happened but he was hardly a police officer. He seemed like a psychopath

That's so true. I had a 100% favorable view of Diana that I probably would have had forever. Then Harry started shining a spotlight on her and I learned a lot more about her and boy did she fall off her pedestal. I still acknowledge the good works she did. You saw the short version. There is a longer body cam of her throwing the hot water at the cops and the cops responded with deadly force. Now, was it over reaction or not? I wasn't there but she did throw the water that was so hot you can see the steam.

I can testify...my father committed suicide when I was a toddler. The effect of this trauma has left me with mental health issues. But I have worked on my issues for as long as I can remember. The amazing truth is....I have out lived ALL of my immediate family. Not one of them made it to 60 years of age. My six 0 birthday was in March of this year. 😊 One friend of mine said...its because you worked on yourself. It is hard to watch and experience when people suffer from their issues. As another friend said, God always allows U-turns. I hope Harry can find his way to the help he needs.
I remeber when I went to the grocery I think with my grandma, they cut the butter up and wrapped it in grease proof paper. No fridge those days , it went into the pantry.

I agree. Unfortunately, I think he was hired in part because the laws in Illinois, like many Democrat-leaning states, now favor criminals over police and the general populace. This makes policing an even more dangerous and thankless job; recruiting and hiring difficult also. So when there are a limited pool of applicants and your police force is understaffed, poor choices are made.

The problem for all litigants was that the media group dug their heels in, made offers that later were accepted, deemed in best financial interest as described by Hugh Grant. All those others had more valid claims than H, who was hacked only 9 times with little personal damage. H being H, the dragon slayer extraordinaire, dim- witted and stubborn as a mule, fights on. Let's await the court proceedings as he may suffer the outcome Hugh Grant wisely avoided ie losing far more money than he'd gain. The chosen litigation career of H's may prove to be another massive failure to add to his burgeoning list. He's become quite a grumblebum and pain in the posterior in his middle age, all his own doing.

The more you ignore a narcissist, the louder and more extreme they behave until even people who think they were " poor victims " suddenly see things don't make sense, and start distancing, even confronting them. Confronting can get really bad reactions.
Their manipulation of the truth, and straight out trouble causing, becomes more and more obvious, because they just can not remember all the scheming they have done.
IMO this is what is happening with harry and meghan.

Born angry, that is a tough start.
At some point though Harry should have understood that he had no reason at all to stay angry. I thought he had. He seemed funny, light hearted, charitable and loyal in earlier years.

I have seen the full bodycam footage of the Sonya Massey shooting released by Illinois State Police CZcams channel and its even worse that what has been shown online and in the media. That monster was aggressive from the start. He called her a bitch while she lay there audibly gasping for air...the bullets did not kill her straight away. He shot her, refused to render aid while she lay there bleeding saying "its a headshot, shes done." His colleague EVENTUALLY goes to try to stop the bleeding with a kitchen towel. When the EMTs and FD medics get there it takes around 6 minutes before a medic even puts hands on her...they don't assist with her breathing, don't start fluids, don't even apply anything to control the bleeding...she is just left with a cop half heartedly holding a cloth to her wounds while she struggles to keep breathing.
The guilty cop then went outside to radio to see if she had any mental health calls against her in an effort to make her seem unhinged and told his colleagues that she set the whole thing up to happen.
Do you know why he shot her? She said 9 words..."I rebuke you in the name of Jesus Christ"....thats all.
It is an absolute disgrace. Her family need to sue the police, the fire department and the EMTs and they ALL need investigating. The way that poor lady was treated before, during and after is an absolute disgrace amd I truly hope her father gets justice for his daughter.

I grew up on Lurpak but I tend to get Kerrygold now. And I have a nice ceramic butter dish.
Kerry gold is the best. We buy it at Aldi here in Iowa (USA).
I'd never heard of Lurpak; I don't think it's available here.
I also buy Kerrygold here in the US. I don’t use butter often and we always kept ours refrigerated.
