Thank U
Great video it helped me a lot thanks.
Guys don’t forget to remove the negative from the battery first
Gotta love that bolt! 🤣 Not too many Hondas come with that. 🤣
I've got the same Honda engine in my 04 civic and it keeps revving high when i put it in neutral. It's a manual transmission. It'll rev high until the car comes to a complete stop. If you hit the gas and let off while stopped it revs up to about two thousand rpms and stays there for a few seconds before returning to normal.
My 02 Honda Civic when I'm driving I get to a certain RPM and it starts jerking back-and-forth that you don't want to go nowhere and then you're gonna let off for drafts fun but then when I come to start with idle sometimes it was to shut off what could that be,
@@Jef-eo9wt my issue was an intake gasket. It was the wrong one. Changed that, burped the coolant system and she runs great now. This was all after I changed the head gasket. That was a job. First time I've done that much work to a car. Now I've got another damn plug fouling on me. Gotta track that down.... Car runs fine most of the time, but sometimes it runs rough.
@@Jef-eo9wtdid you get the issues resolved if so what was the cause of it?
How did you the adjust the sensor?
What color wires did u mess with
👏👏👏👏👏👍
Mucha gracias puede hacer un video sobre la valvula ERS al motor mio lo de conectaron y no se como es que van los cable
would this be the same fix for a 2005 Honda Civic Hybrid?
did you have any luck ? i got the same issue on a 2004 hybrid
Could i possibly use a wrench of some sory
I see you had some trouble getting the power wire to read before the edit, how’d you fix this ?
Did this fix your issue?
Yes it did
It was the rpm surging problems?
So I had this code and I replaced the tps and recalibrated it, now the car won’t start, sounds like it’s firing on all cylinders, and I have fuel getting up to the engine
Did you figure issue out? I plan to replace TPS don’t want to start and have this issue.
@@Jrlomel1 no could not figure it out and was not willing to empty my pockets to do so. I sold it to a guy and he scrapped it
Don't u have to reprogram TPS after replacing it???
How to reprogram it?@@alanyoung6820
Car was above 10% on throttle position sensor and wouldnt let me get out of park, thanks! Works great now that i replaced it! (Anyone have issues with dorman? Idk about their quality since they are so cheap)
I didn’t make the part. Just the part I had at the time.
Drilling isn’t necessary, easier to remove with mini vicegrip locking pliers..
Agreed. I just broke off the plastic ridges and used small channel locks
