Great rooms, good bar with good food and managed very well..if not for this stupid virus, I would be staying there right now.
The only bad point is the noise from the Billabong bar across the road, until 3am..I love the balcony rooms, but it's like trying to sleep in a frigging nightclub sometimes..I had to buy earplugs.
Unless you are planning to stay out every night until the Billabong closes, I suggest you avoid the balcony rooms and take a room on the other side of the building.
That appears to be a nice room for that price. The room is big for $20. Excellent video SIR!

Stay for the food and drink and atmosphere...
Sleep somewhere else as the rooms aren’t great
I used to stay there back when it was Irish Rovers now it is just too loud there.
I've never see a safe where you need to open it with the key. Usually just press the code in. Video klass!

Pattaya Russian TV station ,churches , Russian signs are as prevalent as the English ones , very favourable destination for them , very affordable and they can get away from the Russian and Siberian winters .
You should live there dude , you could do much worse .
Open a Gopnik cafe and import vodka , you might even become a business man ?
Farangutan, ahhaha, right! But Russian expansion had ended in 2014 when russian rouble fell in price twice :(

Not bad actually, as LK is mostly inhabited by the older ex pats. Stayed a week last year and slept fine...
Hotel basic though but the bar downstairs is great
I think also girlfriendly
