Hey Jonathan, happy to hear the old girl fire up! Your videos have help me 100 percent. Kind of hate to see them end 😊 But can not wait to see her cut some wood. I have the crankcase and crank back together but been short on time to get the piston and cylinder back on. I am looking for the color that closely matches the saw.I have found VHT spray paint SP403 that is close I believe. Not sure if you are repainting yours or not.Yours looks to be on great shape. Take care and hope to see her making chips soon!

I thought about paint but trouble with decals so I left it as is. Starter housing could use paint tho. I'll checkout the one you found. I put it in wood and it ran good ..but chain is unusable. Big issue is 7/16" chains are extinct so I may have to change sprockets to a 0.404

Hey Jonathan just wanted to ask if you changed you saw over to .404 ? If you did I would appreciate any info on the part number for the clutch and drum assy and a bar. Thank you and hope you are doing well!

Yep. I found a rare .404 sprocket and then did the math to get a chain from Oregon. Sprocket on eBay and chain shipped from Australia. The other option is to get a good machine shop to weld you a rim sprocket onto your drum. Here's the drum I found. www.ebay.com/itm/165319673606
