They would be able to identify the location of this scumbag business (through metadata) and forward it to the appropriate local source. I believe they are in the Phillipenes, so mayby reporting them to Phillipenes Department of Natural Resources could help, too. With that said, few nations operate free of superior nepotism and corrupt police and politicians, so I don't know if it would go anywhere. I'm with you. These people are scumbags.

However he is a juvenile male chimpanzee, which means he is extraordinarily strong, at least 5 × the strength of the average person and not only that but chimps are extremely aggressive by nature, which means he can't be let loose, ever.
