- Often I’ll look at what flavors to pair with certain cuts of meat. One of the first to come to mind is almost always Korean flavors. And when it was time to smoke up some Pork Belly, I knew that combining that with my chosen flavor would lead to some delicious Korean Pork Belly Sliders.

Cucumber Kimchi all day!!
Oh my goodness looks amazing. Wow have a great day! 🏆🏆🏆 Winner Winner pork dinner.
I'll take half a dozen to go with extra kimchi yummy 😋
Awesome recipe as usual. Maybe you can do a video using a Smokey Joe for people like me who use the little guy but still wanna smoke 🤣. Great work as always RY!
The kimchi tops it beautifully. Slide one over!
Dude! It looks and sounds fantastic.
Those look amazing 🤩 Nice job 👍
That looks delicious....👍👍
Been a fan for awhile and a sub. Next slider ? Ham and cheese! We did them for my family for Easter! Zero leftovers !
ya this is a must make for sure,,,,, awesome
Oh myyyyyyyy.... YUMMINESS!
I noticed you are using Kingsford briquettes. Just wanted to recommend B&B Charcoal, competition oak briquettes. B&B are about 3 times the density as the Kingsford, they hold extremely consistent temps and last much longer and in my opinion, turn out much higher quality food due to being less ashy and being made from quality ingredients.
I’ve tried every kind of briquette and personally none have worked any better than Kingsford. Just my experience 😊
yummmmm
Great video as usual, love watching all your videos. Would you by chance have the website to where you buy your aluminum pans you put in your weber cattle and maybe what size they are.
I just buy those at Costco. They are the small size.
My GOD!🤤
I noticed that you have the temperature gauge near the top vent, do you have a video how to install the gauge near the top vent? Thanks and great work on the sliders👍
I didn’t do a specific video on that. But it was pretty easy.
@@CookingWithRy thanks Ray, keep up the great work
Loved the video. Have you ever thought about doing lamb recipes?
I’ve done some lamb videos 😊
@@CookingWithRy I found it right after I sent this. Thanks 🙄
What was the spritz ingredients? Standard ACV and apple juice?
Water.
Wow! 😮
