Most of the world uses Roman Dutch Law and English Common Law. In South Africa we use Roman Dutch law,English Common Law and Statute that our judicial system passes into law via government gazette. This political misinformation that MK is spewing is intentionally misleading because they make it seem like it's just SA that uses these laws and not most of the world. They won't say that a large part of our legislation comes to being via our judicial system aka African peaple.

Supreme court judge [ first and only one to be impeached for gross misconduct not only ends up in parliament, but is voted to serve on the commission that IMPEACHED him in the first place, allowing this rogue to now decide who is a fit and proper person to be appointed as a judge.
