Actually, the April Fools day prank used normal TOM 3, not TOM 3.5.
TOM 3.5 wasn’t introduced until the block was properly revived.

The crazy thing about that closing speech TOM 4 gave was that the Toonami staff made it all without CN's persmission. I'm honestly grateful they did- it was much better than letting it get cut off without any explanation and in doing so, they saved it from falling entirely into obscurity.
Other than that little tidbit, gotta say this was fun to watch! It missed a few things, but this way it's like a cliffnotes version and gave the basic details about it. Personally, I've been watching since...2005 or 2006... I was definitely way too young to be watching stuff like Naruto but hey, I had fun. And I'm still watching Toonami to this day.

I watched a bit of Toonami when I was a toddler; I remembered ReBoot, Sailor Moon, DBZ, Real Adventures of Jonny Quest and Beast Wars. I wasn't old enough to appreciate and understand those shows, but by 2014, I became hooked on Toonami. That was when Vortexx on the CW ended its broadcast, and I had to find a different block to get my weekend animation fix.

Kind of surprised you didn't mention who Tom's voice actor was. From all iterations starting with the 2000s, Tom was voiced by Steve Blum, the same guy who did Spike Speigel voice in the English dub of Cowboy Bebop. Its fitting how when the block shut down in 2008 hen he flies off into the distance and says "Bang!" the same word Spike said at the end of the anime.

From March 17, 1997 up to the present day, man that a very long time. From my childhood years watching Toonami on Cartoon Network on weekday afternoons to my teenager years when Toonami aired on Saturday night primetime until it got shutdown on September 20, 2008. And then its revival on May 26, 2012 as Toonami currently aired on Adult Swim on Saturday/Sunday morning on 12am to 4pm. While I watched Toonami currently in my adulthood years. For 22 years I have been watched Toonami in my life and I am glad that I grew up with it.

Small corrections the Weekday Toonami and moved to Saturdays only wasn’t really cancelled for being too violent. It was cancelled from airing Weekdays because most of Toonami’s audience was now reaching their Teens like myself and so it was replaced with a similar block called Miguzi which was to help appeal to younger viewers. TOM 4 was also an example of Cartoon Network trying to appeal to younger viewers. When Toonami was moved to Saturdays only, it replaced another Action Block that was called Saturday Video Entertainment System or as most people call it SVES or just calling it Saturday where it was basically like Toonami with many shows that aired on Toonami or at least could have aired on Toonami but it ran from 7PM to 2AM. However the style of SVES was more like a retro videogame rather than broadcasting from a spaceship like Toonami or broadcasting underwater like Miguzi. SVES only lasted for about a year until Toonami’s move to Saturday at 7PM to 11PM with Adult Swim Action coming on after it.

Me Dora you missed one part of the TIE’s. I’ll fill in what you missed. I don’t remember the date but around 2018 a tie event called countdown takes place not just in the normal Toonami Tom universe, but in an alternate reality. It featured the two tom’s as they try to save the vindication. What found interesting about the Tie’s is that the ships can air the shows without Tom and Sarah. I wonder how though. Can’t wait for the miguzi vid.

depsite i didn't grew up with toonami i always wish toonami was back on cartoon network and not adult swim mainly because when toonami returned on adult swim i feel like it was ruined and lost it charm and toonami is about kids anime and some western action cartoons hell i always prefered kids anime and some magical girl anime (depsite some magical girl anime like madoka are not for kids) than shounen (depsite i love some shounen like naruto one piece or dragon ball and i still think shounen is better than seinen and josei) and i would also like to both muguzi and toonami returned to cartoon network along with adult swim action which was like toonami on adult swim before that happened. and one last it's that while you make a miguzi story video amke on too on adult swim action

Adult Swim Toonami has different series for different age groups. Like stuff such as Naruto would be considered as okay for younger viewers. But some things are definitely not okay for younger viewers. One Piece is considered as a maybe. But something like Attack On Titan is a definite no. So it just varies on which show you show interest in and if your parents are super strict or not.
