Coming from a Bama fan I really hope Auburn does well and represents the state and the SEC like they should. Keep yellawood man, the boosters and the alumni out of freezes way and they’ll become a force to be reckoned with right up there with Bama, Georgia, LSU, and seemingly Tennessee

@@shybone6833 shady track record or not he’s Auburns head coach. He has already beaten Saban twice by himself at ole miss even the great Kirby Smart who learned under Saban for 10+ years is 1-4 against him. Nobody can deny that Freeze has the potential to be one of the greats in college football

Freeze was the perfect fit to replace Harsin. A lot of fans wanted Kiffin, especially in light of Freeze’s baggage - including, at the time, myself. But personality wise, Freeze is a much better fit for the school. Flipping one or two kids is great (let’s not act like AU’s never done that before), but the real proof will be shown on Saturdays. It’s only a matter of time.

And that's the most amazing part. Huge Freeze hasn't coached a game yet and so many kids want to be at Auburn. So in every way Freeze can be measured to THIS POINT, he has proven he was the man for the job. So now he's got to put the 'proof of concept' out there on the field. Freeze has said 24 and 25 will be pivotal. Fail there and they'll be looking for jobs.

People forget that there was a time when Bama and UGA were inferior in the conference. Those times will come again. No team stays on top forever.
Auburn will be a 4 to 5 loss team every year. Hugh Freeze isn't a coach that has a team prepared from week to week. It'll be the same as Ole Miss when Hugh Freeze was the coach. Only worried about beating Bama isn't going to cut it. Especially since the new SEC schedules are much tougher.

It's all about the $....Kids getting ridiculous NIL deals ....most just want to play ball & have a good time. Texas A&M recruited a lot of 4 & 5 Star talent...they're not even in the AP top 25. Hopefully, Freeze can turn Auburn around like he did at Ole Miss & Liberty.

You haven't been paying attention to the Ga squad then. They don't want to just win every game. They want to dominate everyone that gets on the field with them. Make them quit . Have the players ask the coach to NEVER schedule them again.
Not talking about UGA at all. As a huge fan, I remember back with the recruiting wars with Bama and wondering, why would anyone come to any other school than UGA or Bama. Then NiL came along and kids are ok getting compensated for losing. Not saying they don’t get paid. They probably don’t get paid enough. But they aren’t at UGA or Bama for the money. They go there for the Ws.
