Oh my God! Thank you for this! I love this! I am 56 and had a csection over 30 yrs ago. This is the first time women have addressed this issue for exercises to get rid of it. Within the last 4 months, I have gotten serious about health and getting rid of this menopause weight. I do not like that fuppa at all.. You're right married 29 years. I still feel embarrassed at times😒😂. Im going to incorporate this in my workout. Go, ladies! ❤🙏🏿💪🏿

Fumi, I don’t know if you have addressed the trend that is going on …celebrities who are using drugs made for diabetics (Type 2 ) to lose weight for cosmetic treatments. I call it (vanity kicks) .
People who are suffering from obesity and diabetes,who really need these drugs, are now complaining that they can’t get their drugs.This is so wrong on so many levels.
It just makes me livid because this is personal with me. My only sister suffered for many years with Type 2 diabetes,with all the horrible complications,which eventually took her life.
Why are doctors prescribing drugs manufactured for the sick and suffering to people who are healthy and just because they think of themselves as “celebrities “ medicine to lose a few pounds 😢
