    Hello, on my healing journey i both want to gain weight and build glutes/ thights . I only excersize my butt for 10-20 mins while laying on ground so i dont think it causes a lot of stress. Can i still get back my period? I eat a lott in one sitting usually 3 meals a day. More if i want. No snacks bc of invisalign. No period for 8 months. I guess my bmi is just too low(18) . What if i increse both muscle and fat? Or no muscle can be gainned?

    i just read an article about bmi and subjects with eds . so they claimed that " real improvements" came at around bmi 22- 24. its 68 kilo at my hight. this helped my realy to understand myself and my body and throw away fitnes content.

      I'd say that is pretty legit. We don't see a lot of people recover below 22 or have to get up past 30.
