#pcgaming #hellblade - Hry
It's funny everyone says they beat the game but yet only 6 percent made it in to the caves
Exactly
I've played about 3 hours of it so far I'm enjoying it
People are just so full of shit lol they don't have to be honest, because of anonymity. People who claim they completed it and its bad are just liars. They likely loaded it up, wasn't feeling it, thought about its association with Xbox and thought "Im sticking with what I already thought I wanted it to be."
Pure truth telling
Perhaps the only people saying that are the ones that did beat it? And the ones who didn't well... they didn't say they did....

I mean literally from day one we knew the graphics are extremely high quality if u haven’t been living in a cave for the past 3 years
I just finished the game on 1060 gtx 6 gb 30 fps very playable experience

And to be honest, it actually feels pretty good. I could get 60 FPS but I don't want to lower the image quality.
I played it for 1 hour last night and I'm already loving the game.

1440p is a good resolution for a 3060ti. Especially with upscaling.
@@LJExpeditionI play most of my games at 1440p with my 3060ti. I had to drop to 1080p when playing Hellblade 2 to keep a decent frame rate, but a lot of other games play great at 1440p.

12:08 Senua’s Sacrifice was the first game, Alex.
The SteamDeck is basically the Series-S Junior - Hey, the SteamDeck gets the same FPS as the Series-X version, and way more FPS than the PS5 version.
That would be the ROG Ally. The deck is even weaker

If you have an ultrawide the black bars go away apparently.
It goes away on my old a$$ flat-screen tv just go to your setting on your tv and change it to cinema
I actually don't mind the bars.
yes at 3440x1440 the black bars go away
Because 21:9 is basically the standard cinematic aspect ratio. 2.39:1 is cinema (along with 1.85:1) and that’s almost the same ratio as 21:9 (which is 2.33:1 simplified).
@@AtracBreezy 2:39:1 is the Blockbuster standard. The rest is usually 1:85:1. The TV standard is 1:78:1 i think.

Alex you are a great content creator! I’m always impressed about how you can make it fun and in this case informative. But you keep the attention. Were you a sales person or in advertisement in the past?
You can either edit the Engine.ini to remove black bars and other things such as chromatic aberration and film grain or you can just download the mod from the Nexus, either way in PC we do have options, I think the game looks fantastic as it is and runs very good.
Jus saying that this looks really intimidating to me as anXbox player. This is a reason I'm scared to move to PC - I have no idea of what to do or what anything even means if I were to move to PC 😬👀
Don't stress to much about it. One step at a time. Its okay to make mistakes as long as you keep yourself well informed.

I was able to play the entire game on the steam deck at roughly 25-30fps on AMD3 performance mode with everything set to low and locking the screen to 30fps. There were the occasional drops to 20fps but do to how small the screen is in handheld mode and hellblade 2 basically being a walking sim the game looked and ran fine the entire time. I am surprised hellblade 2 is so scalable.
I've been playing through this on Nvidia 555 drivers, on Hyprland, with actually working VRR, and it has been glorious. Really impressed that they've manged to make UE5 have zero #StutterStruggle.

Ryzen 3900X, Radeon 7800XT and 32Gb RAM here, playing at 1080p ultrawide high settings with no upscaling and I have fluctuations between 40 and 60fps, not bad I guess… but should I enable FSR3 to get stable 60 ?
I'm using Lossless Scaling 2.8.1 with its latest frame-gen, LSFG 2.0 + in-game DLSS set to quality on an RTX 3060 laptop (ok go ahead, roast me! bring it!) with medium to high settings. Suprisingly, i can reach up to 80fps and a minimum of 60fps on 1080p. Im already happy with these results. And it doesn't look blurry at all! At least on my end.. =)
I have a 4060 laptop and yes, I get about 30 fps running in high on native resolution. but I paid to get newer card with DLSS and Fram gen and when I use them it runs just fine at 60 to 70 fps :)
I have a 6800xt and was getting basically the same frames at 1440p. Fluid motion frames got me up to the he 70-100 range. Had to take the hit on some res scaling but the game does a pretty good job with that. I kept turning it off and on and different areas and couldn't notice the change (except frames) so i left it on.
Much better launch than Dragons dogma but these devs need to invest in QA and take more time optimizing their games. Game is basically a slide show without dynamic res, upscaling, or frame gen.
I want to play it today ,is my pc good enough ,rtx 3070,ryzen 7,32gb ,would i have any issues btw am playing on laptop

7800xt here - 1440p highest setting with fsr quality i get 75fps with 1%low over 60. AND game is great as the first one
You put those "other guys" to shame bro! Great tech review!
i'm runnin it at 1400, on all high settings minus reflections and it's at a smooth buttery 60 fps, and thats with a 12 gig 3060 still, and it streamed real nice too usualy that's when i see stutters and stuff.
6:00...even in Unreal Engine 4...this stutter happens sometimes if you whip your mouse around...and then sometimes it doesn't...I've tried figuring out what causes it..
Nice review!
I started Hellbllade 2 last night only a min in but i startedf it on my Xbox Series S
You're basically halfway through the game already
I got i5 12th gen H series, 16 gb ddr5 ram and rtx 4050 6gb Vram, how much fps will i get at high settings
Does anyone know what version of UE5 this is exactly? I think the newest version is 5.4 and I seem to remember they've got a good bit of performance out of it compared to vanilla 5.0. anyways, the fact the CPU and GPU busy lines line up almost perfectly says a lot. They've put a lot of work into this, and I like when new games push GPUs hard compared to being CPU bottlenecked. But like you said Alex, this is mostly a UE5 thing and I give NT lots of credit for what they got out of this visually.
Nothing is 5.4 yet. I've spoken to Devs and Lecturers in Dundee recently.
I hope you had a great vacation
Hitting around the same frames. I played with an Xbox controller through most all the game only deciding to try kb&m at the end. Holly shit it was worse with kb&m, I also averaged a few frames less with it.
I played it at medium with DLSS and ran fine on an RTX 3060ti at 60fps
What did Epic use to present Unreal Engine 5, a Supercomputer?
6:22 On game pass ver., the mouse bug disappear after i rebooted the game the second time.

Hi, @8:06 , your GPU is reaching 55 to 65 FPS, in your case the best settings is TSR, 100% Res and DynamicResolution On. Let UnrealEngine do the resolution scaling when necessary, you don't need FSR, DLSS or Xess.

I’m also using Msi afterburner to overclock my 4070tis 85mhz core clock and 1100mhz memory clock, but go ahead tell me all about MY experience. You can cry in 30 frames a second while you do so too.
I have a decent gaming rig that I built myself that's running a 3080 Ti. It's not the greatest card, but it definitely gets the job done and often times goes above and beyond it's "limitations". So why do I have an Xbox Series X, Switch, and a PS5? There's a few reasons. The first obvious reason is so I can play exclusives. I wish this wasn't a thing, but fortunately it looks like "exclusives" are going to going away. The 2nd reason is screen size. When I wanna play a game in 4K HDR on anything bigger than a 45in display, I play on console. For me, this is the only drawback to owning a capable gaming rig. If you wanna experience the insane graphics that a capable rig can dish out on anything bigger than 30in... You gotta spend a fortune. S-tier gaming monitors bigger than 30in are really expensive. If ya wanna go bigger than 45in, they are really, really expensive. While prices have dropped slightly, they haven't hit the sweet spot where I feel comfortable to pull the trigger on buying one. So if I wanna experience a cinematic game on a large cinematic display I play on console. I also play racing games on console. My 4K HDR 65in Vizio only cost me a little over $500. With the lights off it really gives me that immersive feeling of sitting in a car. The last I checked, I found a 57in Samsung Odyssey Neo gaming monitor for about $2000. I'm sure there's probably a cheaper off brand monitor out there, but when it comes to specific types of tech, I want the best. Not because I wanna brag or even because of the quality... It's about reliability AND quality. I don't wanna buy something expensive only for it to break a few months down the road right after the "warranty" expires. Please don't take my comment as me being a console fanboy because I am not. I'm not a Switch, PC, PS5 or Xbox fanboy either... I'm a gamer. Not a wannabe gamer, but a real gamer. I love to play video games that are fun no matter the platform. PS5 has Spider-Man and God of War. Xbox has Halo and Forza. Nintendo has Zelda and Mario. PC has... Well PC has Star Citizen and a lot of everything else. My point is that I absolutely love all of those games. Eventually, hopefully "exclusives" will become a thing of the past. Unfortunately when that happens it wil not end the console wars. Instead, the console war will transform into Dev wars. I hope this isn't the case, but you know fanboys. Gaming isn't there thing. No, they enjoy giving reach arounds to billionaire corporations. Wow, so my comment is a bit longer than I intended it to be. I haven't even mentioned Hellblade 2. I've been playing it on console and the game plays great. Maybe a very, very little bit of stuttering and pop ins, but that it. Other than that the game looks absolutely amazing. Ninja Theory pulled of a damn miracle getting the game to look so good on console. Unfortunately the game is a lacking on actual game play. For me, its not a bad thing. I absolutely love cinematic games that focus primarily on story. I'm 46 though. I grew up playing games where good graphics were just squares and triangles and I dreamed of the days when games would look like real life. I don't mind walking through an amazing world and interacting witn amazing characters. For younger generations, Hellblade 2 will just be a glorified walking simulator. Thats a real shame, because the fate of Ninja Theory rests soley on how Hellblade 2 performs and is received. I'm already seeing a negative light relating to everything I've mentioned. I hope this isn't the case, but with the decisions Microsoft have just recently made... The future doesn't look brite for Ninja Theory. Great video and thanks again for all of your hard work!
Honestly, even though I play at 1440p with a 3090, I always use DLSS Quality. It just acts as a better anti-aliasing solution that also boosts my FPS, so I'm happy with it 👌
