Nice bro, got some questions
How long hbl take to approve loan
Do i need to step into a sale contract before applyimg for loan because of bank doesnt approve the loan in time, my earnest money (bayana) will be confiscated by the seller, hope i made myself clear
Can u plz reply about these things

Thank you for your questions Sir. Ideally you should arrange in principal agreement with Seller so you are aware of how much exact funding you need to be cover through a loan but dont give bayana. Then apply for loan, genally for home finance products, its take 6-8 weeks for full process. On the other side, the best thing is to arrange your loan first, bank can give you in principal approval for a certain loan amount. Then go in market and start searching for property / Car. Once you select the property or car, then go back to bank to complete your in principal applicaton which would not take more than 4-6 weeks ideally. Hope this helps. Team Mawazna
