      Dear Akbar Khan, An excellent question. Yeah decision bohat sarey factors ko dekh ker lena chahyee. Agar aap ki income mein utaar chrhaoo expected hy to fixed behtar hota hey for long term products (like home loan) leikin aap ko fixed rate product kaafi expensive miley gey even these days. Agey aney waley halaat dekh ker lagta hey Rates mazeed down bi jaa skty hein aor phir time lein gey wapis aney mein so good time is coming for personal loan and car loan products. Tu variable rate behtar ho ga for next1-3 years. Lekin ager kabi rate up bi ho jayein to, baloon payments key zareeye installments ko nechey laya jaa skta hey. Bohat sarey tactics hoty hein, consumer loan products mein loans ko kam qemat par aor galdi pay off kerny key liye.. Hope this helps. Thanks

      Dear Rafiq Ullah, Thank you for your question. Bank pesy wapis nahi karta. Lekin kuch banks business income waley customers ki installments aun ki next month installments sey hi reduce kar rahy hein. For salaried class, installment fix rahy hey Annual KIBOR rate ki wajah sey jo bank ney diya howa hey pehly. Aor next year (jab bi aap ka loan anniversary ho gi, 2nd year, 3rd year, 4th year....), Revised KIBOR rate apply ho ga joo aus time per SBP ney specify kia ho ga. Ager rate kam howa to aap ki installment kam ho jaye ga jo key kaafi expected hey. Thanks

      @@Mawazna stocks are better or prize bonds?

    • @Mawazna
      @Mawazna  Před 4 lety +1

      @@gulhassan1251 There is no comparison of both products as these are not related Hassan. Stocks are an investment product in which you may loose some or all of your money and carries high risk, but you can get good gain on top or your investment in the long term if the business you invested in is performing well and continuously growing. Whereas the prize bond is a lottery on which you may win a bigger prize however if you dont win anything, your money still stay there with no loss and no gain so its zero risk product. You may put your money into bonds for 10 years and still may not win and the money will loose its value after 10 years due to time value of money principal. Now it depends upon your situation and interest whether you are looking for high risk investments or lottery (not savings) also it depends what time your are putting money into stocks. Does this answer your question Gul Hassan?
