THE WORLD NEEDS TO SEE IT AND OBSERVE HOW WE ARE CAUSING DAMAGE TO OUR PLANET.
Yeaa, there is no wildfire actually in earth. Earth has balancing the amount of rain and humidity. And we as a human breaking that balance, doing some deforestation for build houses or farm while those trees actually the one that keeping those disaster away.
As an Aussie currently going through these bushfires I would like to thank the people of the United States for sending firefighters to help our tired and weary firies that have been battling blazes for over the past 6 months. It is a terrible situation and thousands of people are stranded without power, water, food, fuel for vehicles, homes have been destroyed and lives have been lost, 15 in NSW since July.
We are in the 4th drought since 2000 alone. Usually a drought is every 18 years on average here. These have been the 4 worst droughts on record. Sydney is set to run out of water by 2021. Climate change is not an abstract idea where I live. First, we saw the farmers lose livestock, crops, their livelihoods and homes and some took their lives. Now the entire eastern seaboard is aflame and a fire the size of a small country (6 million hectares) is burning in NSW.
The fires are a symptom of the drought.
I’m not being hyperbolic. As an Aussie I am all too used to bushfires. It is a part of life here. What we are seeing is irrefutable evidence of the effects climate change has on the environment. In the suburb on the outskirts of Sydney I live in it is not unusual to have summer days in the high 40 degrees mark. Some days are 47 degrees. We never had summers like this. It is now the norm. I fear we have reached tipping point because for far too long our leaders have had their head in the sand and put the sale of minerals to China over our children’s future.

This needs to be the top comment. Too real. I live in California and hearing about wildfires here has become the norm. It’s gotten worse to where there’s power outages on windy days to prevent a wildfire from happening. I lost so much money from these power outages but I guess this is all we can do for the time being 🤷🏻♀️

The difference these days is that it's hotter and drier than usual, there is no rain forecast for weeks. This is because more agricultural land and logging = less trees = less transpiration = less rain = drier environment = longer, stronger, faster fires (AKA a changed climate). Even if CO2 has nothing to do with this, humans DO have a huge impact and we can change our behaviour to mitigate our effect

Also Canada and America have both sent firefighters to assist us, and Im sure a number of other allies are doing what they can. We are halfway around the world, its not easy to coordinate sending help that far

Many of the fire's were deliberately lit. Also the Greenies have been stopping: "back burning", bulldozing of fire break's, grazing of lands, roadsides, Crown lands, felling of dead and fallen trees and our Government's have pandered to their demands.
There is a theory going around also that it is planned and people affected who are unable to recover, their land's will be bought cheaply by the Chinese etc.

There are sighns that have been put up in Glacier park saying by 2020 the glaciers will be gone. Now they are having to replace them. When I was a kid in school 30 yrs ago they scared my class with claims the earth would be uninhabitable within 20 to 30 yrs. 20 + yrs later and now they are saying in 20 to 30 yrs the earth will be uninhabitable, oceans will rise, ect ect. There are several reasons the climate has changed and is changing . If you think about it, it’s really all of OUR fault we don’t do anything about climate change until something really terrible happens. I’m crying like half a billion animals burnt to death because we can’t think to save our environment. I really hope it rains and that fire fighters from California come help them because Australian fire fighters help them when they needed to get back in shape. This is getting out of hand. They don’t deserve the pain they are going through like honestly this was their planet until we were born making terrible stuff for the environment.
