This is 23.6 FPS. This is shot in 720p for quick rendering. You can also render in 1080p for higher resolution. I am personally unsure how the higher reposition would impact frame rate though. 24 FPS is the standard frame rate across the board for most video these days. In this case, the frame rate is reliant on the phone, the new app feature does not impact the frame rate.
