Using MVB is not easy. You should learn how FITB plays and MVB isn't easy player to master. But once you get used to him he's literally the best finisher in the game, no cap.

Van Basten is actually way better than Romario. I have both their iconic and legend cards but Van Basten feels more powerful and he is the best finisher of the game. Does not drop too deep and makes really good forward runs. But the question, Can Van Basten become a part of Mackie's main squad?
