    You perform Hold relax when there is pain involved, if there is pain, contract relax is a big no no.

    no its due to your pelvis tilting posteriorly due to tension being relieved from the iliofemoral ligament. Keeping the contralateral thigh down to the floor prevents the tilt.

      +adellouie I've been to this seminar and he's very straightforward, but not rude. At the end of the weekend, he came around and shook everyone's hand and thanked us all personally for coming.
