Wish there was one or two ape animatronics instead of all screens. Reminds me of a couple of rides from Universal Studios.
Theres no animatronics, but lots of special effects, theres this " falling " shelf effect n boxes in some of the scene but sometimes it doesnt work
Definitely. We enjoyed riding this though!
To see a bad animatronic i choose better the screen! at the end the movie is just that (screens) and CGI.. Caesar in real plastic can be really scary.. and animatronic not only are expensive but a nightmare to maintain.. sometimes the screens like there are well implemented faking doors, windows or ceiling .. is a smart ride! " its a small world" is only animatronics and cannot be more scary!

The dark ride sections are so nice it makes me wish they had just stuck with that throughout vs screens

Seems like there's gaps of time where they really didn't know what to do or didn't time things so it's continuous. At least an animatronic of Caesar would have been nice, like the Jurassic Park dark ride. These rides are a dime a dozen now, so they really gotta put in the effort to stand out.

A ride based around the recent Planet Of The Apes is fantastic, the final outcome of it had a lot to be desired 😖😖😖
It looks like a good ride, but there seems to be far too many screens, making it seem less realistic.
It's better when u ride it because you use 3d glass so the gaps are not visible
This is so much like a Universal Studios ride

From this we saw that's they don't have elevator and just flat as we can see some vehicle around but in their layout concept is like to transformers and also we can see the building have 3 floor when they was construction, I think it's over when Disney issue 😕

its not in America its in Malaysia but if you are talking about the Kong ride at universal its not that scary but quite forgettable in my opinion but this looks amazing
I went here before and I was so scared
I went there 2 days ago, it is a nice environment and looks really real but they had sk many opportunities for this ride like a drop when you fell off the bridge or maybe like something thrilling. During that bumpy part of being behind the tanks, it wasn't as thrilling as other dark rides I have been on. The ending wasn't satisfying for me too. In my opinion, ride Transformers The Ride 3D or the Independence Day ride. This wasn't worth the 60 minute queue in my opinion

I don't think so because its like uncharted the ride system or the other bits of theming will cost a lot and projects only have a certain budget so they will have to use screens for costs but at places like universal they have a lot bigger budget than other parks so a lot of their rides shouldn't be screen based
We enjoyed it however would love to have seen less screens!

Very well done!! Screens are OK! When you watch the movie is in a screen.. too.. But there is well integrated with the backgrounds.

Honestly this was pretty boring. Wasted potential
I'm not impressed. It's trying too hard to be like Universal's Spiderman. Screens are lazy and cheap. I prefer animatronics and figures.
Animatronics are definitely better however we enjoyed this!
