If he does what he must do, makes a big statement & blasts him out early, then the Wilder fight would be a big money fight again. If Joshua wants to be a force in the division again, he can’t afford another second-rate fight after Franklin. If he wins by knockout, he needs to be fighting a top 3 or 4 opponent next. IMO that means Fury, Usyk, Wilder or Joyce.

I used to like Fury and hate AJ but now it’s flipped. Aj admits that Usyk was the better man while Fury is making excuses and saying he won the fight when he was clearly dominated.

He’s a real classy guy. Even after his emotional outburst in 2nd fight, he still went back to the ring, said “I’m sorry” to Usyk and his teammates and explained his pain in his best possible manner. He never made excuses like some people

Aj is a beast with combinations and he’s able to really throw to the body but he just doesn’t take the chances in the ring. If his confidence level can get back to before the Ruiz loss I think he can become that great finisher again he’s just become a lot more conservative with punches and I think he’s only now getting comfortable with his ability to take shots and stay in the pocket and he’s going to need that to face fury if they fight. I think where he’s at currently he has the ability to beat fury but he will just have to catch him with something.

Fury doesn't punch his weight but Joshua does. I've always said Joshua has Furys number and this is why Fury has put so many obstacles in the way of the matchup.

@Dreyz-pg2zz Its concussion buddy. After being hit by bad boy hitters people basically don't act normally. Just look at what fury said post fight " happy new year " You need to give them space after that kind of beating.

Atleast aj admitted he needs to become better. Can't wait to see him back. He made big improvements. He went from being dominated in the first fight and nearly getting knocked out in the last few seconds of the last round to actually having a competitive and close fight in the second fight.
