Hello friends! I am so excited to share this SonDeFlor lookbook with all of you. I've been an admirer and wearer of SonDeFlor for a few years now and it was a dream to be able to work with them! Come sit and chat with me as we review the brand, look at some cute outfits, and enjoy winter fashion together! I wanted to share my outfits both in a stylized way and also in a "real life" way. I do wear whatever I put together, mostly sans shoes, but I also did my best to capture a few moments of just being around the house. I hope, as always, that you are all doing well!

Something great, I was able to get some time off. I spent the time relaxing, watching old movies comfy under snuggly afgans with animals on my lap, making fall foods, and drink cocoa and holiday teas (since it has been rainy and cold). Those Sondeflor garments are gorgeous. I've been looking for some good wardrobe staple skirts.
We love hearing the kiddos, also when they make impromptu apperances 🤗
Its almost my birthday and I talked my husband into taking me fabric shopping at the fabric warehouse outlet that is close-ish to us and cake and supper OUT. No dishes! Huzzah!! Im excited!
Please don’t feel bad about prioritizing your family and yourself.
We actually are (mostly) real, kind, loving people who will be here when you are able to be here.

After 3 years of trying I'm expecting my first baby in June. I'm currently sick and feel just so tired. I so happy you made a video watching you makes my day no matter how sickly I feel. I love you!

I know I've said this before, but I love your ability to put different pieces and colors together! You look wonderful and those clothes are gorgeous! I'm happy to hear you are diving deep into your writing, Kristina, and look forward to hearing more on that! I decorated our house for Christmas yesterday and it snowed. I have a very love/hate relationship with snow, but yesterday it was welcomed and magical. Take care!

you make everything so cozy, love the clothing I love plaid. My Mom will turn 93 Dec 7 th she cooks bakes,walks daily weather permitting,cleans house, does crosswords , adult coloring her Bible study etc I see her everyday & call her every night before she goes to sleep. I enjoy your videos & all the time you put into them for us .Have a lovely week !

do you mind sharing what size you'd be in son de flor? the son de flor measurement chart seems small, but i am seeing plus size content creators wear their clothings and i just don't know if i should try for the 4xl lol (I am a 40D/40in wasit)
sure! i have more luck with their skirts than dresses with my body shape. I'm 45" in the bust as 36'38" in the waist with 56" in the hip. i can fit into a 2x on their site for tops and dresses, but its not flattering (though i haven't tried the wrap dress). I wear a 2x in the skirt and own several! they're the backbone of my capsule wardrobe. Ive replaced the zippers and buttons in some even - they're a really sturdy purchase. However, there are etsy sellers (though i don't recommend montakotai) who will make items to your measurement. I've had great luck with "heart my closet", and im looking into loloinvn and brilliladies (these two are auto lined with pockets in cotton). Vixen my Micheline Pitt is also fab! Selkie zippers can be finicky, but i've also had great luck with their day dress in the midi length. I wear them year round!@@SparkleToes04

Hello Kristina. Just watched this video with you modelling your beautiful SonDeFlor gifts. I love this clothing range so much that I just rashly went onto their website and bought a dress! Even at the sale price I hovered for ages procrastinating over the postage before I hit the PayPal button! Now I need a cuppa and a good lie down!

Welcome back! I missed you and your slow living content. Especially lately, as I have been crazily decluttering everything in my house (downsizing next year). I accomplished decluttering my spare room then cluttered it back up with stacked garage sale items. Lol

12:16 oo i love this one! And linen is just the best, isn’t it? I am working on switching my wardrobe over to natural fibers like linen, wool, silk, and cotton! It is just so much nicer then synthetics!
It really is the best! I'm working on that as well, anything new that comes in I want to be natural fibers for SURE
@@WithLoveKristina as soon as I bought my first linen, i knew it would dominate my wardrobe!😂 I was so excited when you got your first linen and was waiting for you to get more because i knew you would love it too!😂😍
I would love to switch my wardrobe to cotton and linen but as a hairdresser that works with color and bleach all day, those natural fabrics like cotton and linen stain and bleach out, polyester however, is basically plastic so it doesn't fade and stain. I try to wear cotton slips and underwear though so at least the polyester isn't laying against my skin.

Also you've inspired me. I've always loved vintage fashion but never even tried because of my weight. You and I are of a similar size and shape. Well I went thrifting yesterday! I ended up with a very modern look but definitely vintage inspired and for the first time in months I felt comfortable in my larger body.
I do not wear petticoats, all my skirts fall naturally how they fall on me! 🥰 I’m so happy you were inspired!
