You have to beat SiRN akuma giant battle in world hub or whatever it's called. Just pick Cammy and do hooligan combination command grab to cheese him

@i_Inquisitor you got to keep beating him. If you go to the counter there's like a battle pass kind of thing, you got to get to the end of that. If you're having trouble literally spam hooligan combination, his ai can't handle it
