Training Room is an ideal scenario for showing starting positions. I like your explanations and just keep going!
Please go north and south bases on all maps, but also include options for moving from these starting positions to other positions (if any) as the situation progresses further.
In addition to the sniper position, it would be good when you are already recording that the colleague scout passes through passive positions that are good for initial scouting on those maps so that in one video they cover options for sniper and scout in the same time.
P.S. please do not do damage to your counterparts, they will no longer want to play with you :P
Banana out of 10 but would suggest doing both north and south spawns even though it will double the video length for ease of reference more than anything else. With the quality of play in the past 12 months I think a series like this is really useful, hopefully the 15-0/15-1/15-2 games can be reduced by educating the masses. Keep up the good work skill, saving WoT one vid at a time ;)

learning about positions is never wasted...good video..but what about north spawn of Prohorovkva..i would like to see u doing guides to the both spawns in same video..and real game scenarios if possible is way better than in the training room..
Hi Skill, I really enjoy these tutorials. Good idea to use the training room as the play is more controlled but I think you should also show these positions in random battles. An idea would be to give a 10 to 15 minutes showing positions in training room and then say 5 to 10 minutes in actual battle. I know this would take more time for you but the result would be great. I love the whole idea you have for this series of tutorial video's. Please go through all the maps from one side then the other so 2 video's for each map and show a couple of times a week would be fantastic. Just a few suggestions for you. Cheers Skill.

Well done, Sir! I especially liked your advice about safely leaving a firing position, once you are spotted. You also gave me ideas about how I should scout and where I should place blind shots, when playing from the north spawn.

THIS. Very good! Thank you, towarish! I like it very much. Minor enhancements would be:
- Good opening positions
- Not only sniper posis, but also other (perhaps not-so-well-known) positions - if you care to "give" em to the community ;)
- General remarks concerning the map meta (good/bad areas fo tank types). Not very in-depth, only you 5 cts.

I don't play with sniper schnitzels but this gave some good insight on what to be aware of when you are being hunted by one, or what to do in the last stages of the battle when it's just a few tanks left. Training room is much better than real gameplay - you have enough time to move all around the map and show all aspects of the positions. Looking forward to more of these!

Very nice guide! Doing it in training room saves you a lot of time and you can show us all positions. Looking forward for positions for my favourite class: light tanks ;) (especially on city maps)

I would like seeing more reviews like that in the future. Great job, I like it!
I have few suggestions that I would like to share.
1. Do both spawns in one video. That way when people are struggling on a map, they will need to watch one video and find out new spots and tactics.
2. You are a good player because you adapt really well to the situation. Try to explain different tactics for different situations and tanks on the map. For example how do u approach the start of the battle with a light tank, TD or heavy on that map and spawn.
* For example, spawning south with a light you can go directly to bushes in F2 to try and counter the enemy lights trying to get to E1 bushes. This is what players are after when watching map reviews. Not just the positions but the tactics behind it, the fallback plan if you have one and so on.
3. You can include live battle footage showing different situations on a spot and in what situations is effective(I realize that this is extremely time consuming, It is just a sugestion).
It will be cool if we have professional map guide like that. Thank you!

Great guide, either to learn new positions or a reminder of what works, which I sometimes tend to forget as I like to try new, and bad ideas all the time. I'd like to see a guide on Paris as I hate this map

This is great - I was expecting only talk about positions on minimap with game in background, but this is way better. :) Only thing to improve - show positions from both spawns at once (in same video), unless it takes too much time to prepare. You can also say at start which spawn is winning spawn in your opinion for every mode available for the map, or which spawn has better positions for certain types of vehicles.

Great job. I think this is a good idea. The best I have seen so far using the trainning room. It would be a good idea, if possible to show a random battle using these positions on the same map.

I like spot #4 a lot.
There are trees in front of the bushes at the H1 position that can also be knocked down if you have a fast tank that will provide even more concealment and allow you to double bush.

Also with other vehicle types, like for example heavies, because they are so slow that knowing where to go at the beginning of the battle can make a huge difference. How about winning strategies, like for example "whoever takes this hill usually wins", or "if you can defend this corner you help your team", etc. Thanks again!!!

Thank you Skill for awesome and dedicated content. Sniping guide is super helpful especially for newer players who didn´t find good spots by themeselves yet. I have one thing tho - you should cover both spawns in guide. For me, north spawn is harder to find a suitable bush. Greetings from Czech republic!
I like these types of videos, so I subscribed. Please keep making these types of videos because it really helps new players like me. My suggestion for future videos is please make videos regarding best positions for both sides of the spawn areas of a particular map

Skill Im glad you are doing these guides. The only player I know who does them is 4tankersanddog, and Zeven use to do them too but stopped a couple of years ago. What I would like to see is how to play bottom tier tanks on a map or what to do with tanks that are hard to play on a map like light tanks on a city map.
Nice one Skill the training room is ideal for this series as you can control what happens. It would be great if you could cover both north and south or east and west depending on the map of course. Keep the vid's coming
Hey Skill, it is very good idea to do it in training room, because you explain it really well, it would also be good if you could mention where we could take few blinds at the start as you're very familiar with it. Also i hope we'll see in the future some more maps guide, with maps that are more pain in the ***, and that people mostly have struggle with. It was pleasure to watch the daily dose of skill for today, looking forward for next one.

Yes, yes, yes and new learn on the railway tracks. Good to know Skill. Note: Had quite the adjustments with the wheeled vehicles but it's load HE to start and give good lead to shots. Real challenge with 30 frame rate and 90 ping so important to have a plan. Plan 1 - watch your channel.

Although I knew every position I learned about destroying that house and from the bush line in hill (advanced one), the difference between the part where you are in dead line and the usable part of the bushes.. So gg, props to you skill.

I like the format, it was a good idea to do it in a training room when you can show exactly what you are talking about, in a random battle that wouldn't be always possible. Maybe you could do videos about the meta of different maps, where the heavies go, where the meds go, priority of different flanks, what happens if this or that flank falls or wins.... etc. Or if you want to open towards the new players then you could make a video about the spotting system because they are the most likely to be killed by "invisible tanks.....RAPORT!!!4" So that way they can sit in their bushes unspotted without the fear of being killed by some hacker, ohh wait.... :)

You always give us more than we ask for! You said you gave us four primary sniping positions, but I counted five! (Two on the hill, one on the tracks, one in the middle, and one at hotel one.)

Good video Skill! This positions works allways when you have capable scouts. If your scouts die in first 2 minutes it will be so hard to to more but not imposible.

It's a great topic, and good video as always. 1 thing to mention: if you only show 1 side of a map in a video, it would be great to see the perspective of the enemy in the same situation, what to do when you are taking 1 for the team :D

Map knowledge is so underrated I think. Yes, you need to know the limitations of your armor and where the enemy week spots are, but if you don’t know where to drive to take advantage of those things than it doesn’t matter; you will be outplayed.

My only comment is that this is great if you spawn on this side of the map, but what about the other side of the map? Also I know and use most of these positions but i did learn about shooting the house. So thanks. As for training room. It can work but to stop people getting board maybe make the videos shorter. So show a spot then move to the next spot soon after. Thought summary: "verrry verrrrry nice!"
I think this is a great thing for newer players so they can improve their gameplay and have a better gaming experience!
