This is a most welcome upload, especially as it is the complete 8 stuecke. It is such an enjoyable part of the viola repertoire one never tires of playing it. But the viola is meant to be heard and the sound engineer seems to have got the mixer balance wrong. All the same it is such an excellent performance with well balanced musicians that I shall listen again. Dmitry is playing viola, not violin.

Beautiful playing, but the balance is wrong, you don't hear the viola enough. Who did the recording? And who did the filming? Even when the viola has the main role, we usually keep seeing the clarinet!
