- Sadhguru is an enlightened yogi and mystic from India with millions of followers who spends most of his time travelling the world speaking about inner change and transformation at places like Google, Microsoft, Harvard, Oxford and the United Nations.
His teaching style is very logical and practical and there is no subject or topic that is off-limits or too sacred to question. You can ask him anything about death, dying, murder, abortion, terrorism, cults, religious fanaticism, occultism, weed - anything you like. It doesn’t bother him.
Sadhguru is without a doubt one of the wisest teachers I’ve ever seen. Spiritual or otherwise. He speaks in an extremely logical manner that is almost impossible to argue and I’ve never once seen him lose an argument. Not that he argues - but anyone that tries to argue or correct him quickly gets humbled and put in their place without effort. He makes CEO’s, doctors, scientists, journalists, political, religious and spiritual leaders - all look like children.

In every experiment when an observer expected energy to behave as a particle, it did so. When he thought it would probably be wave-like, it was. And when observers believed it might start out as one form and end up as another, it did so.
This means ,nothing actually exists in its physical form until observed by someone, was adopted by the group as one of the concepts. You created them by your expectations and your thoughts of what should be. In every situation in your life, including the wealth or lack of it you choose to attract to you.
Thanks to the theory of ERP Quantum Entanglement, originally asserted by Albert Einstein and two fellow scientists , Boris Podolsky and Nathan Rosen, we now have proof that what Vedanta had been saying for 9000 years is true.We are all connected. I always thought people studying in Harvard would be super intelligent. But they have IQ similar to any local engineering college student.
It could be because they, Harvard people etc...have never been on a people level. Just a true, honest down to earth level. Rich people do not understand this. Its been this way forever, I suppose. Every Indian or Bharatiya is technically a Hindu not by Theology but by Geography. So Sadhguru is a Hindu and there's a reason why he doesn't claim to be one. The assets of Isha foundation will be transferred to the Tamil Nadu govt if that happens since only Hindu temples are controlled by the state govts. Please study about freeing Tamil Nadu temples and a video on the String channel on why Sadhguru doesn't claim to be a Hindu. Hinduism was used as a tool when Bharat was suffering from identity crisis in the era of colonialism. It was a tool to unite the people of this country but today it is just another religion that represents nothing of the values that our indigenous culture has. Hinduism and their followers have self-isolated just like other religions leading to hooliganism and soft extremism.

All that Sadhguru says or preaches is in sync and according to the Indian scriptures.
As for the word Hindu, it was a name given by Others.
After Christ, his followers NAMED THEMSELVES as Christians.
After Muhammed, as per his instructions, his followers NAMED THEMSELVES as Muslims.
But (whom we today call as) Hindus, they never found a need to call themselves or IDENTIFY as something.
The word Hindu comes from the Sanskrit word Sindhu, which means a waterbody or a river. Tge River Sindhu is the same which now flows through Pakistan as River INDUS.
The people to the west of Sindhu River (Zoroastrians, Arabs, etc) "IDENTIFIED" the people living along or beyond this River as SINDHUS.
With due course of time, the world got corrupted by the EXTERNAL. PEOPLE (people far west of river Sindhu) as HINDUs... And other corruptions of PRONUNCIATION followed like,.... INDUS,.... INDIA... Etc etc.
Now, whatever SadhGuru says or preaches, he is saying tge things he learnt from one of the most ancient scriptures of the people, whom the western world named as HINDUS.....

Sadguru definitely with his command over English can explain better. But, whatever he says is known to many people brought up in Santana Dharma/Hinduism (eternal duty). For example, Hindus are vegetarian since over 10000 years because its good for body+soul. Likewise he talks about solar system...it is known to even to a person from a remotest village.

A lot of festivals world over are outdated and misinterpreted (including Hindu festivals, some of which are only meant for local regions but are celebrated country wise) so it’s great that sadhguru clarified the importance of what your celebrating. It’s important to know the exact details of what your celebrating because before isha I can guarantee many of the common people celebrating maha shivatri would not have the idea of the complexity of the reason of celebrating like sadhguru explained(tilt of planet, northern hemisphere, water in body etc).

That is utter nonsense! It is amazing how well a shrewd ignorant like Sadhguru can use simple catch-sentences like those to lure in people who are even more ignorant than he is! No matter who you are, or even if you are a legitimate guru (which Sadhguru is NOT, unfortunately) you still have to deal with the phenomenon of rationality and critical thought, thereby addressing the issues that that brings forward, such as the emergence of the sciences and evidence-driven argumentation. These tend to put the question on catch-sentences like those, and although they does not necessarily make them false per se, they do demand an explanation that also satisfies the cognitive side of our abilities, and which Sadhguru never provides, sadly!

I'm really enlightened by that last q&a. People don't stay in places they can't thrive. Even if they do want to stay, the lack of minimum opportunities to barely survive in that particular place will force them to search for a better life elsewhere. That elsewhere usually lies in another country that is more developed but seeing how my mom who does business here is treated (she's an immigrant) by other local business people have shown me that "some" locals will always stepped on immigrants when they thrive more than the locals themselves. Of course, locals have ownership of their land but we must practice empathy towards immigrants. They are just trying to improve their livelihoods not to compete with the locals. Don't you think telling immigrants to go back to their own country is cruel? I think, many immigrants do want to go back to their homelands but they think abt their children, how are they going to eat or drink or get education or survive. That's why I truly agree with Sadhguru's statement that we (more developed nations/wealthier people) must invest more towards the impoverished and their areas. If they are given opportunities to thrive in their own places, large numbers of people won't migrate to other places. There'll be no concepts of "Moving to X country is better than Y country" because none will be better, everywhere will be good enough to thrive and live well. Thank you Sadhguru for this great tip! I hope we all can do something in this brief moment being here on earth. If you are a wealthy person reading this, maybe you love your riches but you can't bring it to your grave. Why not share it with people who are in need at this present time? But, as Sadhguru said "it's your choice" :)

I strongly beg to differ. If you look at various speeches and lectures of Sadguru, u would find him saying, when you start to believe something, that is the end of your spriritual journey. Belief means that you don't know but concluded the answer.
In the path of Upanidhads (Vedanta) and yoga, logical argument, debate and practice matters. U can find this even in Bhagwat Gita, where 16 chapters are full of questions. But Sometimes, people are passing their own statement/ prejudice in disguise of questions. But even then u can't question their integrity as they might really be some ones honest doubts. I would suggest if anyone has doubts, don't be shy/ frightened to ask and clear your doubts. Because answers to these questions would help a million other who are watching...

First of all, you need to learn to write/speak, if you are going to write anything: you should write "Joes" (not "Joe's") if you are referring to the plural of "Joe". When you write "Joe's relatives" you are saying "The relatives of Joe" (of a single person). Not knowing the basics of the language when one writes discredits just about anything that may come afterwards.
