This generation just full of pop, hip hop and kpop fans. Back in the days we use to hype Greenday (band) and it was all about looking punk or emo but time has changed. I really hope Loren will make it huge.

@@Mikasaxx0 To be fair pop music has and would always be popular since it’s literally short for popular music. But yeah you’re right. Hip hop took off in the 90s and continue to thrive. Kpop has been increasingly popular in recent years so that’s why so many artists are doing pop or hip hop music( even R&B is doing really well on the charts these days!) But yeah I agree that I miss when alternative music was on top of the charts like in the 00s and when rock - and it’s sub categories - were super popular back in the 60s to the 90s. Nonetheless I’m glad there’s still people out there who love and appreciate this song. Rock ain’t dead yet 🤟🏾

With the way that it's made and with the lyrics you'd never guess that the label that he is apart of is a sub label of one of South Korea's big entertainment labels. Most would think of Loren as an rock artist based in the states, but he isn't he was born in South Korea and raised, plays drums as well as guitar. That's what I love about the black label unlike the artist in YG itself from what I've seen. Black Label their artist have more influence on what they release. Loren is a wonderful example of that.

No because the tones, the words, the visuals, the ppl in the mv…..everything’s perfect. I’m so thankful that Loren started making music coz his music is just different and unique in every way. My day isn’t completed without listening to his songs. I love you LOREN. Great song as always.
try listening to some 90s and early 2000s punk and emo songs, LØREN fits the bill. I like that he's going this route but it's not really all that unique, punk's been for such a long time. Clear influences of Nirvana, The Ramones (which he even references in the video, his jacket), not just in the music's melody, vibe, and energy, but his posture, intonation and enunciation. He's very old punk. The way the MV is shot also borrows from old punk music videos. The song makes me think of a much more chill version of The Kids Are Alright by The Offspring
