aaaawww how great is this never forget
Wonderful ! Not everyone under a certain age realise what HMV stood for. What a lovely expression in Nippers face. Thank you.
I really enjoy watching your well produced films. They are extremely informative and very enjoyable to watch. Excellent team work 💗
Absolutely epic! What an awesome memorial for a little stray dog. 😁
I love sculpting shapes that mark people's collective visual memory across time and geography🦄🗿🎯👛👠🧬😉
Brilliant video, informative, light and breezy in equal measures. Congratulations on bringing the Nipper story to the 21st century. Lassie, Snoopy and Slinky Dog are not amused!
Thank you very much for sharing this experience.
BIGGEST PROJECT EVER! and I learned something about HMV as well.... every reputable mall in Canada had an HMV music (CD) store in it but have trickled off in the last ten years or so.
I enjoy the artistic freedom a project brings but when scaled up that big, CNC is the way to go.
I heard the forecast is calling for a 'poly styrene snow storm', in the next build.
can't wait!
Thank you for showing us this amazing work!!!
It' s so anazing! I LOVE every creation.
Your videos have inspired me to do so much of my styrofoam sculpting. Thank yall so much!! I wish I could show you some of my pieces.
Incredible! Beautiful work as per usual. I enjoy your videos immensely.
I am obsessed with your work
Wooooowwww!!!! Beautiful content!!! You guys are so talented!!!!
Absolutely lovely work! Made even better by the great video (and obligatory dance break, obviously).
Beautiful work as always
What a work!
Thank you so much for taking the time to film this. It's clearly a lot of work to just make the sculpture and transport, let alone having to film and edit when that isn't even your main job. But I really enjoyed this.
Hey Anna, thank you very much for watching! We try and put a lot of effort in nowdays to show everyone what we're creating, so hopefully the videos are just getting better and better. Perhaps have a little look through our channel for some more of our content and see what you think :)
Very well and clever made, very inspiring for me, as i also create doggi sculptures. I really love to see how other people work, and which techniques they use. It's very satisfying when you got a problem and have to find out how to solve it. I got that feeling from your videos. And people working in the studio are very clever with lots of skills, and still nice and down to earth. Thank you for all videos you share.
Felicidades por tanto trabajo y tan bella pieza... Una alegría ver éste video.
Un abrazo.
That is so amazing!
He looks so good
Capolavoro ! Grandi ! WOW !
Would like to see Aden set loose with his own dream creation
It was perfect and this team is wonderful! 🤩👍👍👍👍👍👏👏👏👏👏
Thank you very much!
Fantastic!
What a fantastic video, I really enjoyed watching the effort & attention to detail you guys made to produce such an iconic piece...well done, I've subscribed!

Thank you very much indeed! Glad to have you on board!
Amazing 👏sculpture
amazing
Wow, that is huge! It puts Clifford to shame :P
If you have more bigger and bigger project ... you will have to change (again) your workshop for a bigger and higher one.
Thank you for the video, and happy new year to you and your (super) familly members.
Another job realised well. I was concerned though, 13 minutes in before there was any dancing. I look forward to the next project and video, they inspire me to do more small scale carving.
Love it.
I love watching you guys work - I am so inspired to create from foam -
I currently work in clay and silicone - but wow - this looks so fun !
Thanks for sharing !!
Woof woof
Nippers is awesome.
I *love* this! In the US Nipper is/was the RCA dog, and I used to visit a friend at work who was lucky enough to be in the building with the giant (maybe 20 - 25 feet) Nipper. I would've loved to have seen this big guy traveling down the highway!
That's magnificent! You should make a giant gramophone to go with it!
i used to make cardboard gramophones maybe 1:1 scale its really fun
The video is nice. I love how you include funny clips. Who 3D-cut it?
SupperVeryCooll !!!!!
прекрасно!
My dad made a lot of iconic fiberglass statues in the 60's like Paul Bunyan and several other iconic fiberglass statues which are in a short Amazon ebook called "The man behind the mufflerman ".for 14.99
Looking to make styro sculpture by using recycled styro. Can you do the same? Saw you take small model out of large box with LOTS OF BUBBLEWRAP. Can you do some enviro-friendly projects that truly look at he bigger picture? :))
what kind of foil are you using ? thats awesome !
Maravilhoso.
Excellent work, I would like to know what glue they use to join the parts. Thank you
It's a Poly Urethane expanding foam (VERY messy stuff if you're not careful)
From iraq i like your job
From England we thank you
OMG ... can I get a job at your studio??? So fun!
Show 👍👍👍
Hi, ery veru good work, congratulations, pleace, how mach is it?
TRABAJO FANTASTICO COMO TODOS LOS QUE HACEIS........ MARAVILLOSOS¡¡¡¡¡¡¡
Y una pregunta ...:QUE TIPO DE LA;IMA FILM USAIS? un abrazo enormeeeeeeee
Aden, you and your crew are true masters of your art. I found myself watching many of these videos while looking for a way to carve a giant foam pumpkin for the holidays approaching. Many hours later here I am looking for even more of your videos. Thanks for sharing......From across the pond and a new subscriber
They made the talking heads and the Syd Berrett sculpture from Pink Floyd: The Division Bell
Amazing build! But what kind of aluminium foil are you using to prevent the polystyren to disolve the Styrofoam?
Sticky back Aluminum
Where can I buy this foam stuff? I wanna pay around lol!!
do you know how much eps scrap /waste after the work ?
What paint did you use to cover the fiber?
How do you stick them together ?
How heavy was the final sculpture?
Hey Aden,
Love these really BIG jobs. In future you could always sculpt a small maquette, get it approved and scanned and then CNC the bastard, that way you still get to do the creative part. Or sculpt digitally in Z-brush as I do and go directly to CNC. But then, it is difficult to teach an old dog new tricks.😉 all the best (no offense intended)
😀😀😀
I am from Ladakh in India. I am also a sculptor looking how to make large sculpture . It's beautiful and different ticqnic.
how long did this take?
About 4 months
It is the RCA VICTOR DOG,really cool!!
What material is made of?
Polystyrene with glass fibre over the top, and 2k car body paint.
I appreciate how many times the word "trolley" was used in this video.
But did you count how many?.........
Congratulations on a job well done! I’m just confused as to why the client decided to omit the record player? The image just seems to be half there? Because anytime we see that image of the dog with Record player ...then it makes sense ...but just the dog sitting there , really doesn’t make sense.
Perhaps they feel a new generation doesn’t know about the image so they didn’t need to put the record player in the picture? Who knows.... it could also be money?
Thank you very much!
I don't think people that go there have any trouble making sense of it. A giant Jack Russel sitting in the middle of the Old Vinyl Factory, the home of HMV, I guess to most people is symbolic enough, without the need for the giant gramaphone too to spell it out.
Que cola vcs colam o papal alumínio
5:55 what's his name? Stefan Dowers?
That's right! Whys that? Someone you know?
Ok
There is a large Nipper that has sat on top of a building in Albany NY for decades. The building sits on a road that is long and flat so you can see him from over a mile away. He's probably about 50% larger than your puppy.
Great story but missing some details on the dog
Everything you see in the larger version, is as a result of a direct scan from the smaller model. We neither added nor took away any detail, so as to stay faithful to the original model
>.> maybe you should’ve used a low boy eh.
The one part of the job that is out of our hands 🤣 The amount of times it was measured! Terrifying!!
EMI-Gramophone dog for Europe...RCA-Victor dog for America.
Employ me please 🙏. I’m an artist and I wanna be useful
Outstanding video. Absolutely love your workmanship. I've watched several now and can appreciate the incredible process. As I am a Michigan (USA) retired cat with lots-O-interest in anything artistic or the craftmanship is apparent. I have a love for old barns, hot rods and other mechanical items. I had a friend help me redo a 1967 Chevy C-10 truck frame to give me a more updated suspension. In return I am helping him on his hot rod plus I'm about to create a two sided sign for his new retro garage (Sinclair). I now want to try my hand at building him a medium size Dino using your technique. You carts are inspiring.
Also if you are into american hot rods check these cats out. Creative like you and they build only nostalgic Bonneville pirod hot rods: czcams.com/video/0MAlPvP8Zyo/video.html
