- In this video I open up multiple packages of Funko Pops and several mega haul collection purchases. I open up several boxes full of Pops from the Funko Pop shop. I open up a popculcha box with some Funko Pop Vinyl figures inside. I open up a box of pops that one of my viewers helped me find. I show you a large mystery bag full of vaulted Funko Pops.

New collector here got 22 pops currently, Went threw popvinyl.com and looked threw every single pop writing down the ones I would like to collect. Got a solid list of 70-80 Pops. I took your advise and made sure I really really wanted the pop so I wouldn't end up hoarding them. So my Checklist begins! Thanks so much for all the info and inspiration.

I had pre-ordered the Hocus Pocus set the day they came out and actually got them earlier than I expected. I didn't realize people had issues. Glad you got a set now!
Also so jealous of the AHS Pop's! I got into Funko long after they were vaulted.
Yeah it was really weird how it was sold and shipped, some really fast and some almost forgotten or delayed months. Yeah the AHS pops were on clearance every where, no one was buying them so they were vaulted pretty quickly which means low print run hence the higher prices today.

Awesome video. Just got the Hocus Pocus set myself, one of my favourite sets, and I think the best set from 2018, at least in level of detail. Love that Friends set too, it was the one that really got me into Pops!
The Hocus Pocus set seems to be one that was a pain in the butt for everyone with long delays in shipping, forgetting to be shipped etc. But I am super happy to have it now. I am happy to have the Friends set as well, that one caught me off guard.

I'm so pleased you got those from Popcultcha :) They weren't allowed to ship to the US when it was certain exclusives (who knows) but they must have changed it now. They aren't my main pop store any more but for years they were the only one in Oz & they do get so much more in stock than most places. I got the Grady Twins from there also, I want the chase but it's a lot of money to risk on a 1 in 6 chance.

Thank you, yeah I am definitely happy they took the RS off those. It looks like certain newer exclusives are still restricted but for some reason those were available so I snatched them up. I am shocked how cheap the shipping was, sending to Australia from the US would have cost 2-3 times. I really want the chase as well but $100+ just seems crazy, I will wait for them in a collection or with some luck haha Thank you so much, I am happy to be back hopefully I can get back to full speed soon.

The Pullips are absolutely stunning, ,definitely more fun to collect, display and play with then Pops. I sometimes wish they would make more American Licenses Pullips, maybe one day if my channel is really big I can get Groove to make me some exclusive licensed American ones. I would love to see some pictures. If you have not joined already you should join Angies group on facebook Omocha Crush Pullip and Doll HQ So many people post pictures of their collections there its a ton of fun. The Gargoyles are really cool, I think I still need a few more but I am happy I was able to get them.

The Okoye pop is so hard to get BUT I finally got one the one with the red dress and removable wig lol off EBay. I can’t wait to get it. I LOVE the Breakfast club, one of my favorite movies I watch over and over. Bender is my fave character lol I need to get them but I’m sure they will be pricey now.
The Okoye pop from NYCC is definitely one of my favorite from last year, very awesome pop. Yeah the Breakfast club pops are kinda rare and hard to find for a good price, good luck I hope you find them cheap one day.

Love the videos, just wondering how you can keep track of everything you own. You must have thousands of pops are they listed on Pop price guide?
I tend to sort every new collection into my current collect so they are sorted into banker boxes by set so I can compare the one I just got to the one I have. I always look for box variants, paint variants, box upgrades etc. I am usually pretty good at remembering what I have and what I need but I do make some duplicate mistakes, but its easy enough for me to sell off the duplicates.

So are the funko pops different in there US compared to Australia?
Because I always just assumed we got them shipped over from the US and just took off all the shop X stickers (since we don't have shops like Wallgreens or Hot Topic or what have you.)
I believe they are exactly the same, they just apply the popcultcha sticker to the box. I have to get tow different one day to see if they even have the same manufacture code on the bottom.
Pop Fun To Play Okay so the other thing I’m wondering is exclusive prices. Since in Australia we don’t have Walgreens or hot topic or comic con and just get them in a couple of stores pretty much. Does that affect the value do you think? Like we have Zing and EB games who sell pops and that’s it. And they’re one company anyway. So would our value be lower or higher? Just curious. Because I see American collectors go nuts for chases and holy grails. Whereas we just get them all in one store, pretty much. So our scene is pretty much “meh.”

I think the purple Thanos is sad because that was the soul stone and what he had to do to get the soul stone was pretty sad for him.
That makes sense in the context of the movie. They made one that was already purple for Australia with the happy face, so I think they change it up to distinguish the pair. But I like your idea better.
Just an idea, not sure how hard it would be. Is it possible to list some of the prices on screen as you go through them?
I have thought about that in the past but that would be a ton of extra editing and the prices change pretty often that the info would be inaccurate pretty fast. Poppriceguide or stashpedia is the best places to get an idea of current value.

It depends if Funko is selling there themselves which I am not sure they do you might need to enter a lottery for a chance to buy. I they are not there then it should just be vendors set up so you can walk up to any of them and buy what you like.

is it safe to be an out of box collecter with pops
If you are worrying about loosing value, if you keep the boxes and insert safely packed away so you can put the pops back in the box at a later date the will retain their value as long as the pop itself is not damaged.

I checked the box and its a bit dented up so I will probably drop the price to $32. The Pop is really awesome, I prefer it to the It Pops. As for Popcultcha anything that does not have an rs on it you can order and the shipping is pretty cheap for international.

Earthquakes, Hurricanes, Fire, Theft, Alien Invasion. It all worries me but I push through the fear and keep doing what I do. The wall pops are in pop protectors and are masking taped to the wall behind them every 2-3 pops so it would be pretty hard for them to fall down. Of course the ones in the front row that I have not sorted yet may if there is an earthquake. If one hits New York City though building will be falling down and pop piles will be the least of my worries lol

Honestly Dorbz in the box look kinda boring, but when you take them out and make a display they are kinda fun. I think that is why they are growing on me a little. I think a movie that has a villain that you hate so much is actually a pretty good villain because it gave you a strong emotional response. Hopefully the next movie the Avengers get there revenge against Thanos. I cannot wait to see it. My brain is kinda funny, I am very good at remembering visual things so I can usually remember what I have, where I got it etc. But to compensate for that my brain is absolutely terrible with names and auditory information so I forget a lot of that. I am so bad at remembering names. I hope you find the AHS pops you want for cheap, good luck finding them.

They are blind box figures made by Loyal Subjects. They have some super rare chase figures in their boxes so the retail price is really high. Sometimes the best deals is to buy a lot on ebay, you usually can get them for a fraction of the blind box cost.

One question, you mention your shop, but you're not linking in the description or channel page, do that as some of us, like me, want to check out your store. I mean, it's just a suggestion, it might bring you more sales.

The reason people are selling it to you as there is no money in funko, people do collect to make money.
Well a lot of times people sell to me pops that did go up in value, even in this video my friend Whitney has paid $10 each for the pops and they averaged $25 or more in value. But, people love to collect but they do not necessarily love to sell. I always tell people for every hour you spend collecting you will have to spend at least two hours selling. Most people have normal jobs so they just do not have the time to sell their collection which becomes a job in itself so they contact me to sell items quickly so they do not have to do the work. Not every one collect for profits or value, and if you are only collecting for value you should definitely make selling them your business then because its the only way to see that full value.
